I have ordered a cake on aug 19 at afternoon till night I have received that the cake has cancelled and money will be refunded in 10 days but still I didn't got my money back they have still not refunded my I want my money back

I have order cake on 12th july after payment they sent me confirmation mail and after they sent another mail saying they cant deliver my order and they will refund amount in 10-15 days but till now i didnt get my refund my order id is 54251 please help me!

I had ordered a cake on March 4, 2023 from CAKESPORTAL.IN on the occasion of my friends bday and did the payment using my UPI wallet. On the same day I received a mail telling that there will be a delay in the order delivery. The next day another mail received mentioning they are cancelling my order due to shortage of service and my payment will be reverted in 15 days. I did not get the refund yet from cakesportal.in till the date. They are not responding to my mail too...

I had placed an order for a cake on 31st of aug, 2022 to be delivered on 31st august, 2022 with express delivery time 07 pm to 10 pm. There was no intimation regarding delivery.
At around 8pm 31st aug, i got a mail stating that they cannot deliver to my location - sumerpur Uttar pradesh and the order has been cancelled due to shortage of services. After received this mail I asked how can I get my refund when will I get my refund. there was no reply from this side after cancelled my order I'm not received any single mail from this site.
This website is a scam, there are only e-mail ids in the website in contact us section. There is no phone number.
I need them to refund the amount to my bank account.
plz block this kind of portal.

I had ordered cake of order I'd 44303
They cancelled it and didn't refund it's been 15days n also no reply on mail.

An order has been placed today i.e. 31/07/2022 having order ID 43683 with a commitment from their end that the same would be delivered by today. "Track order" is showing the delivery within 3-4 working days. This was an anniversary gift whose anniversary falls on this day and importance of getting the gift on later day would not have that importance.

I have ordered on 8th july, it was cancelled due to shortage of service on next day. But still now they are returned my money. not even getting any update after sending soo many mail....

I have order cake 4 day advance for delivery but cake was not reached. I want my refund.

I have ordered a cake and chocolates on 25th May 2022 but they cancelled the order and I haven't got my refund back yet and the order no is #39528 and now they are not even care to reply me back

1. Order was placed and the payment was made on 8th April for a delivery between 8-10 PM. While the payment was done, the order ID was not generated, nor was the order delivered.
2. No response from the concerned team, there has been no mention of the customer care number, so I had to mail my concern to them, but until my second follow up, they did not respond and on 12th April, they responded with an order number asking for my consent to deliver the cake on 12th April while the occasion was already over.
3. When I refused to take the order the concerned team assured me that they will process the refund and the same will reflect in my account within 7 days. Even if it is about 7 business days (that they didn't mention) it is past that time now, but I didn't see any refund amount in my payment gateway.
4. Despite multiple follow up mails to the concerned team, there has been no response till now.

Order still not received not lifting call also

I have ordered the Cake on 25th April'22 and they have cancelled due location problem. however they still not refundung my amount. its around 499 rupees.

Order is cancelled without informing and it's been a month, no refund has been done.

The company customer care team says refund team will contact. I am sending mails on a daily basis.

The company should be shut down. I wish the founder go bankrupt and have no means of income.

I have placed an order on 4th April. But they did it deliver. The customer care number is switched off. I still wonder why the website is still active even after so many consumer complaints.

please don't order the cake or any product in the Cakes portal as they don't deliver your product nor the refund of your money. I have ordered the cake for our employee in their portal on Jan 28th 2022 for the sankarankoil location at Tamilnadu order id 32852 but in the late evening I got the message that my order has been cancelled due to remote location . Till now I have not got my refund. Tried calling them but its busy all the time.

Ordered 1.5 kg birthday cake, but they delivered less than 1 kg birthday cake at night 10:00 pm after the birthday party. Please don't buy anything from this site.

I have order -30806 cake of 774 amout on 19th November '21. After 2 hour they mailed we are soory to delivered your item. Your money refund 7 working day.
But still no refund initiate . Lots of mail send but not reply by cakesportal team.
Please help to initiate my money.
This is totally fraud portal where they deny to delivered our products..and refund not pay to customer.

I ordered a cake for birthday they took the order but never delivered and charged extra amount for delivery.Later i cancelled the order but never received any refund.
But my order number is still showing as processing on their site.

I ordered a cake on 28th december2020 at H-560 hindalco colony renukoot, sonebhadra(u.p) but due to some cicumstances i had cancel my order and i pay online payment of this order so yet my refunded amount is not back to my source amount.please look upon this and help me asap.

I ordered cake on 25th dep 2021 to be delivered to pune it claimed same day delivery I got msg that 400 rs will be required more to send the cake

Order no.28429. I had placed an order on sept 5 ( fully paid)for the cake to be delivered on sept 6 .At around 12 I receive a email stating there is a delivery charge of 125 only if I pay that will the cake be delivered if not the cake will be cancelled hence I asked them to cancel the order …. But I am still to receive the refund … no one to contact too …. Feel very cheated it was such a pleasant occasion and they completely ruined it for me

I ordered a cake with order #26432 on cakesportal.com and the order was canceled by them by giving silly reason like shortage of services.
Mr. shivam from cakesportal.com told me that my refund has been initiated but it has been more than a month until now I have not received my refund. i have mailed them 3 times but no reply received from their end.
