1. Order was placed and the payment was made on 8th April for a delivery between 8-10 PM. While the payment was done, the order ID was not generated, nor was the order delivered.
2. No response from the concerned team, there has been no mention of the customer care number, so I had to mail my concern to them, but until my second follow up, they did not respond and on 12th April, they responded with an order number asking for my consent to deliver the cake on 12th April while the occasion was already over.
3. When I refused to take the order the concerned team assured me that they will process the refund and the same will reflect in my account within 7 days. Even if it is about 7 business days (that they didn't mention) it is past that time now, but I didn't see any refund amount in my payment gateway.
4. Despite multiple follow up mails to the concerned team, there has been no response till now.
