Hi Team,
On 05.06.2021 i had ordered cake and made payment via PayU. Amount got debited from account and got transaction ID not the order ID.
Could you please check and advise what was the issue and how can get refund amount.
I had sent Email on cakes portal Email address on same day but there was no response from team.
Appreciate if you could check and advise ASAP.
