I have ordered cake on Sept4th for a wedding Anniversary occasion. At the last moment the mail from the cakesportal says *we are unable to send due to shortage in service* I felt like cheated. They also mentioned the refund will be initiated. But t as of today (14.07.21) the refund is not given. Even their mail id is not working. I don’t know what needs to be done.
