I am writing a complaint in regards to the high electricity bill i.e., units consumed 366 units in the month of May'2021.
I know that I have not been using more electricity than before and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances particularly in this month, even during lockdown period in the year'2020(mentioning May'2020) only 240 units was consumed and such abnormal bill I have never seen earlier against this abovesaid customer ID.
Therefore, I think there may be a problem with my electricity meter or taken faulty reading by the meter reader.
I request you to depute someone from CESC to inspect it as soon as possible and clearly telling that I will not be overcharged again.
