Since, the replacement of electric meter by CESC on April 04, 2017, we are receiving extremely high electric bills. The increase of the electric bill amount is about 290% - 330%. The bills are so high that the autopay scheduler set at bank are continuously sending overlimit alert every month. Our consumer no. is [protected]. We hereby request CESC to replace this faulty electric meter immediately with a proper working meter and also arrange to refund the wrongly billed excess amount.
