Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Ranjit Kumar Sahoo am staying in a rented apartment in Bangur Avenue, kolkata. My land lord's CESE electric
consumer number :[protected].
For the month of SEPT2013, I have received electric bill amount Rs.851.00. I was not at home for whole SEpt2013 month
and when I saw this bill, I wrote a mail to these mail ID's regarding the same on 18/oct/2013

I had paid the amount in order not to be penalty.
On 23/Oct/2013, I had received a mail from Mr.B. Mukherjee (Dy. Manager(Com) North Regional Office, CESC Limited) with
this message :
"Please do not pay the September/2013 A/c bill as we are arranging to CANCEL the same. The bill has been raised on
estimated consumption as due to rains/water-logging, the meter-reading could not be obtained."
Then immediately I replied to him (B. Mukherjee) regarding the same and also he replied with :
"Kindly note that your payment will get credited in your bill and therefore will get adjusted with subsequent
bill/bills."
Now the Nov2013 bill has generated without any adjustment done (Rs.1200.00). I sent mail on 17/nov/2013 to same above
mentioned mail IDs requesting to do the required adjustments. But since then there is no reply to my e-mails. They are
knowingly not replying to my mail, not sure why. I had sent several follow up emails, but no response from them. This time also I have paid the full amount.
But now I have decided not to pay any amount for next DEC2013 bills until my OCT2013 bill is adjusted.
Request you to please help me on this. CESE seems tired to harass me here,
