      There has been no resolution to the Complaint of severe voltage fluctuations in my home during Noon & Later in the evening i.e. after 10PM.

      There have been couple of dockets that I have made for rectification of the same but till date no resolution. Every time I call your customer care, they say the same story that the high level team is looking into this issue. The team is only looking but not taking any steps that I can understand otherwise we would have seen the results.

      Whenever the AC of my neighbor powers on, I notice a huge voltage drop in my house. It goes to such a low that trips my AC. I have a voltage stabilizer installed already for the AC, then also. Hope you can understand my concern. IF this continues my Electrical equipment will get damaged. Who will pay for replacement?

      Frequent Cable Faults are a part of our daily routine. IF you check your database you will be able to understand.

      I am paying my bills regularly then why will the problem not get resolved. IS CESE only interested in revenue & not consumer wellbeing.

      I am sure if you can bill and take money during Covid times you can give service also.

      Request with folded hands, please change my PHASE immediately and give me at least peace at nights with good Sleep. Hope this sudden fall in voltage will resolve with change of Phase. The Phase i am in might be overloaded.

      There is not feedback from CESC, Not even a call received from CESC to enquire about the issue. Only they are interested in generating the Monthly Bill. There is no concern for the Consumer needs. They are only interested in complaints that concerns a group of people Like Cable Faults etc. That are repaired instantly but if the problem pertains to individual they are least concerned. May be this is the ill effect of Monopoly. I would like to write to the Director Mr.Goyenka if someone provides me his email ID.

        Meter Box broken and needs urgent repairing

        I am Ram Gopal Sharma, a resident of Budge Budge Government Quaters Block K Flat No 15 P.O. Budge Budge Kolkata 700137 24 Paraganas (South) having Customer ID [protected]. The Box containing all the Meters of my Building is broken and has fallen on the floor.

        This can result in electrocution of residents of my Building during the upcoming monsoon season. Hence the Meter Box needs urgent repairing.

          I have got a bill of 8950 rupees for the month of April. I have received the bill today, 1/6/21 on the due date. With the usual use we get upto 5000 in summer months. This is very unusual for our house as there is no extra use of electricity done. Please look into the matter how this huge bill is genereted.

              I am a customer of CESC, I live in a 2bhk flat at sarkarhat, kolkata -700061, I want to seperate my phase from our flat common metre phase, because during 2years my bill reading is too high, whether after running water pump 5 hours everyday, and continuous lighting in night time in our flat common meter is always varied withine Rs 400-500.Hiw it is possible, I think there is something wrong withine my metre, electric line with common meter line.plx do some thing, and seperate my phase from this common metre phasecamd check my line

                  I wish to bring the discrepancy of my electricity bill to your kind attention and seek immediate redressal.

                  Please see the details below. Till date my electricity bill has never crossed 9000/- whereas the bill for 04/21 has been 13320/-. Even my bill amount for the month of 03/21 was 6000/- ++ only and for 04/21 it's more than the double amount. How is it possible?

                  I definitely feel there is some discrepancy in the billing FOR THE MONTH 04/21and I draw your kind attention immediately with speedy resolution.

                  For your kind information even in the month of 03/21 my electricity bill has been 6000+ /- which is even less than half of the bill for 04/21 amount 13320/-.

                      I nishikanta das, was paid 6 nos. electricity bill for the month of march, 2021 through google pay on 03rd may, 2021. of Rs. 1830, Rs. 320, Rs. 430, Rs. 320, Rs. 970 & Rs. 1520. This month CESC has added the previous month's bill with the current month's bill. I was mailed cesc many time but they said, they don't received any payment still date & suggest me to contact bank.                           Docket No: [protected], firstly, I called CESC customer support to tell them of sparks coming out of an overhead tranformer on a lamp-post, they provided me with the above mentioned docket no, assuring that the matter will be handled appropriately, nonetheless after 1hr the sparks amplified and the transformer was down along with the electricity of my house. Since the past 8hrs, I have had no success, even after I have been assigned multiple dockets nos., In which the restoration time is approximately 2 hrs.

                          The customer care is deceitful and promotes a false assurance, they could'nt provide me any updates.

                          I would have written more, if my battery was not dying.

                          Realy regretgul CESC and this is happening before the cyclone.

                                  We have 4 Air conditioner at our home. When we run all together we are having consistent low voltage issues for which the fan speed is getting low and tube lights are flickering. Its a very concerning thing going on.
