I, Indrajit Chakraborty, Son-In-Law of Sitangshu Bhusan Mukherjee is observing inappropriate electricity bill (1870) for last 4 consecutive months and amount are almost same. As per electricity billing and consuming trend, we used to pay half (870) of the amount and how come it raised suddenly by double, we do not understand the logic behind it. I have submitted all the bills online till Sep, 2020. But it is becoming pain for us to pay double bill going forward and have not seen any initiatives from your department to fix/adjust the amount.
In that scenario, I need to escalate to your higher management to make them understand how your team is working to solve customer's pain area.
