Dear sir/madam,
Due to my father's ill health my family have been staying at hyderabad since the last 1 and a half years. Though previous years we used to visit our kolkata home also sometimes, since november 2019 till june 19, 2020 we did not visit at all. Unfortunately, my dad passed away on 26th march, 2020 at hyderabad itself due to cancer. So me and my mom returned to kolkata on 20th june night. So after coming, a wrong electricity...

I paid my monthly cesc electric bills for consumer no. [protected] for rs.550for the month of June, 2020 through my debit card. Unfortunately, no receipts were generated but the amounts were debited from my account. I wrote to cesc re the problem but they said that since they didn't receive the payments, nothing can be done from their side. Incidentally, cesc bills for June, 2020 is still shown as outstanding.

Kindly arrange to refund the amounts immediately including the rebate which i didn't get for no fault of mine. Awaiting an early action on your part.

      I, having consumer id [protected], already cleared all my payments as per bills raised by your office.

      Now i am to say that i am 68 yrs old and in bangalore for treatment since 26/2/2020 and stuck here till date due to covid. Though there was no consumption since 26.02.2020 you have raised a bill of rs.1210. Please check and help. I am coming to kolkata this month end.

          Hi my self ambarish biswas (Customer i'd [protected]) has been facing continue lwo voltage issue last 4 months and i was docket a complain on that (Docket no [protected]) and the team was came near 2months back.
          Now this voltage issue my electronics products have been damaged like ac/fridge etc and i am completely frustrated with this issue and as earlier i need solution on that.

            Need a dressing in your meter box

            I would like to inform you that, i am one of the resident of 69, garfa main road, kolkata-700078 where the meter box situation in horrible, all the wire is coming out. It is very dangerous position of our meter box we need a urgent dressing in our meter box (Customer id - [protected], consumer no-[protected]) maintenance meter number.             The CESC has killed is by sending us such a huge bill, the billing is done incorrectly and they are imposing unjustified charges on us. No one is ready to listen or help us, the two months arrears which they have calculated is based on their assumption and even if we apply their logic, it can be checked and verified that we didn't had such high billing last year for that period on the bases of which we are being charged, during lockdown many o[censored]s have lost their jobs, there are salary cuts, we all are going through immense crises and the CESC is putting their foot on our throats, how can we live when we and our families are suffering so much, Who can help us the CM of WB, the Governor of WB, the PM of India, the President of India, High Court or the Supreme Court, Who can help the suffering of millions of consumers who are suffering humility harrasment discrimination and injustice

                  Hi i am dr avik pal, consumer no - [protected], reside at reside at 278 north balia, garia, kolkata-700084
                  Since one month we are facing problem of voltage fluctuation. I personally logged complaints many times but everyday this problem is being repeated. People from cesc came and still they didnt do anything. They asked us to do whatever we can, because they are not authorised to do anything. No body is taking care of this problem seriously. Due to this reason my wifi router, microwave, induction got affected once and may be cesc is waiting for some more casualties. I don't understand why cesc is not taking initiative to solve this problem and why not giving a permanent solution. We pay bill on time everry month, every formalities we have done according to the rules and regulation laid down by cesc but when it comes to service it's really disappointing us

                    Myself rabin bera [ customer id: [protected], consumer no: [protected], meter no:[protected], lp 89/14, consumer type: domestic ], residing at 37, nafar chandra das road, behala, kolkata-700034.
                    For the past 2 weeks, we are facing a problem of voltage fluctuation at my home. Our electrician has tested thoroughly and concluded that from the supply meter itself voltage is fluctuating.
                    I lodged a complaint in 1912 and have docket no: [protected], but no action has been taken yet. For this reason, our day to day household work is on hold. My computer has been affected due to this and we are not able to work from home. Cesc is not taking any action to resolve the issue and not taking the incident seriously. All our monthly bills are paid on time, but when it comes to cesc service then it's disappointing.

                      Dear sir,
                      One of our neighbor from our flat complex lodged one complaint vide docket no.[protected] dated 21.05.2020. Immediately after aamphan, which is still pending as on date by some unknown reason to resolve the issue and we all flat owners are worried if any accident/short circuit occur by your cesc electricity connection. Our lives including children are in danger.
                      Kindly note that myself (Consumer id no. [protected]) another flat owner from the same complex made one call to your 1912 on 07.08.2020 at 10.50 am over my mobile about the same unresolved issue of the same docket no, where the gentleman from your (Cesc) side assured me the said complaint would be attended shortly. But most unfortunately as on 10.08.2020 at 12.30, no one from cesc side attended so far to resolve the issue.
                      Kindly note that the case is very sensitive & dangerous. Any time accident may happen. You are requested to kindly intervene the matter on urgent basis.

                        Last bill came for the month of may which was illogically high & was unable to pay. Please check, now if i receive a bill again which is like i have sell my organs to pay the bill then its really a problem. May be i am 67 years old but still want to live. (M-[protected])

                                Sir, I being a landlady of premises No. 23, Rajendra Deb Road, Kol- 7, ( Near Gandheyeswari Temple) and I did not reside there as because, I haven't any vacant room. Sir, I recently got a vacant room and temporarily went there to reside during lockdown period. And I saw and knew, that a tenant, who resides outside of W.B. and instead of him his nephew Sri. SOURABH JAISWAL residing into said room and enjoying a commercial meter under name & style " INDUSTRIAL STORE AGENCIES " and which company is already expired since more than 15 years back and due to non payment, CESC disconnected the said meter long before. But one SRI. SOURABH JAISWAL of 1st floor, by technically joined the said meter with wire and continuously enjoying the CESC power without paying any payment or bill to CESC. And this incident I got today and immediately inform you officially. Please take immediately steps and disconnect the said COMMERCIAL METER, whose nothing any valid trade license and any other official documents into my premises and running illegally after stealing CESC Power. I being a law abiding woman and landlady, I will not allow any unlawful activities at my premises by SRI. SOURABH JAISWAL, SRI. SANJEEV JAISWAL of 23, Rajendra Deb Road, 1st floor, P.S. Jorasanko, Kolkata - 700007. Near Gandheyeswari Mandir.
