    Hi. Consumer number : [protected]
    Customer id : [protected]

    We haven't been staying at this residence since december 2019. It's completely locked. Till february 2020, there were no electricity charges.in march 2020, bill of rupees 750 came out of which around 580 is energy charges. How is this possible. There is nobody staying there. This could be a case of power theft or faulty meter. Please address this asap

      It may be due lock down the CESC has not deputed meter reader so far, though it is over due. I[censored]nder the prevailing situation meter reading is not feasible, in order to redress the burden on consumers, every consumer either may be asked to check the exact reading and intimate the CESC, on the basis of which online payment could be made.

        My name is hitesh das carrying [protected] customer id with cesc..in this lock down we are all stuck in the house.. But like every month there is no meter reading date and unit consumption alert from cesc. But suddenly they arise a bill without meter checking and meter reading acknowledgement. They are totaly double the unit from last month and arise bill.. Now they don't have any executive to resolve this problem when make a call in 1912..
        Please take positive step to do the needfull..

          My name is biman kumar ghosh, staying at 14b bacharam chatterjee lane, kolkata - 700005, i would like to bring your kind attention for the electric bill amount for the month of march. My consumer id is [protected]. I am shocked after seeing my last bill amount, usually my bill was below rs 400 but for the last month it is above rs 1100.

          I request you to please look this matter seriously and do the necessary steps. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest. Waiting for your immediate action.

            I applied for a change of name on the occasion of succession due to the death of consumer satendranath sen. Application no 89590218. The application was submitted along with annexure a3.

            As no action is taken for the last 10 yrs, therefore, an attempt has been made to complete the transfer procedure online but your system is an application pending.Â

            Kindly advise how to proceed further. We are ready to fill...

                  I made twice cesc bill pay of rs 240 dt: (11/02/20) and rs 250 (15/02/20) consumer no: [[protected]] customer id: [[protected]] bill no: [[protected]] bill dt : 09/02/20

                  From cesc site through netbanking via amazon pay gateway .

                  Rs 250 got debited from my bank but cesc not generated payment receipt as cesc didnt receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateway .

                  Transaction amount inr 250.00
                  Paid to mab[protected]@axis
                  Status : successful
                  Bank reference id:[protected]
                  Bank Transaction description: To transfer UPI/DR/[protected]/CESC LTD/UTIB/mab.037133/UPI

                  Whereas rs 240 succesfully payment done and generated cesc payment receipt .

                  I have attached my netbanking statement page screenshot to prove that rs 250 is already debited from my account. Transaction id is shown in statement.

                  Paid the bill for February'2020 on 29/02/2020 by credit card and received text message confirming the receipt of the payment subject to realisation. Though my bank has confirmed the transaction, I have not received the confirmation through mail yet
                  I have done the payment of electricity bill of month feb 2020 from my debit card. But i did not receive any bill or receipt.

                  The money has also been debited from my bank SBI account to CESC.

                  I would like to get a receipt or payment statement from CESC

                        I have paid the monthly bill for december, 2019 of consumer no-[protected] through freecharge wallet on 26.01.2020. But it is quite unfortunate that cesc not update the payment status yet inspite the payment being success. I request please look into the matter and update the payment receipt at an earliest. I enclose the payment details for your reference.

                          Today as per schedule, meter reading for the above was taken wrongly which would be 17738 in place of 17837, about 100 unit excess. Such type of acts were taken place earlier time and again.
                          Kindly rectify the same by taking the meter reading once again and act accordingly. This would affect in my billing. Also arrange to warn those men involved with such type of work.

                            Bill amount of rs.1060 debited from sbi account no.[protected] on 15th january 2020 by yono app :
                            Transfer to[protected] yonoabdi[protected], calcuttaelectric supply.
                            But cesc is not confirming that they have received the payment, my bill due date is 17th january 2020, still now it is showing that bill amount is due for the month of december 2019.
                            Please take necessary actions as early as possible.

                                I am really very surprised to see the bill presented to me for the month of december 2019.

                                I would like to inform you that last time i visited in india was on 1st week of november and the meter was installed by the end of november 2019.

                                No one use my apartment as i have recently purchased it and the key is with me.

                                I am not really very sure how the meter reading was done as i do not reside in india and still the bill of rupees 420 is made.

                                Kindly explain the scenario or please double check if someone is using my meter box.

                                I would like to get the feedback with the proper explanation, until then i am not willing to pay the bill.

                                  My mobile number has been changed. How to do that? Moreover the date of birth as per your entry is also wrong. Instead of 21.08.1949, some other entry is there.
                                  How to correct these.
                                  You have mentioned that consumer number and phone number should not be entered here. Then how could i change. Please suggest how to do that. I shall be much. Obliged to hear from you.

                                  Sir, i pallavi kharwar paid my previous month's bill via phone pay on 24 november 2019 of 860rs [ to transfer - upi/dr/[protected]/cesc ltd/utib/mab.037133/note]. This month cesc has added the previous month's bill with the current month's bill. The supply is after the name of my father sheo shankar kharwar customer id (Protected). I visited cesc regional office they could not help me. I contacted phone pay support they say that my transaction was successful and was credited to the merchant's account.

                                    I paid my previous month's bill via phone pay on 24 november 2019. The amount was of rupees 860. But cesc denies that money has not been credited to their account. I visited my bank as well as contacted the phone pay support they said that the transaction was successful. This month cesc has summed both the month's bill and if it's not paid by due date they will disconnect the supply of electricity.

                                    On 30 th November i pay a bill through amazon pay upi, but this month i got green bill. Amazon says payment was successful but cesc says they didnt get the amount. I want my money back. I am giving you the proof.
