At my residence area very frequently facing power cut problem and it's too much long time taking to restore. It's became a chronic problem and we are suffering a lot. Whenever this things is happening and lodged ivr complaint and spoke to customer care officer they have informed and fact that over head weir was disconnected. So you can understand the time to restore supply. We need continuous power supply to maintain normal civil life. So i am requesting to be a more responsible and sensitised to solve the issue permanently. Hope my communication is clear and enough to understanding to follow up the matter.

    Kindly refer to my earlier complaint no.2263826 reg. The subject cited above.
    2. It is reiterated that my flat will be lying vacant until i am transferred back to kolkata from delhi. As and when, i will posted to kolkata, the same will be communicated, however, occasionally i shall visit kolkata n flat on tour for a few days. After my earlier complaint, bill for previous month was generated.
    Today i received an sms saying that, " dear consumer (Customer id : [protected]), the meter reading noted by us on 12/04/19 is 8942. Regards cesc limited.
    — request to generate bills regularly on monthly basis without presuming that the meter has been defunct or otherwise.

        Dear sir, i therefore going to inform you that some persons belongin from kumar singh rd, p. O titagarh, ps-khardah, 24pgs (North) kolkata 700119, (West bengal) are thiefing the electricity from the post and no. Is 38/14 from last three days. I sorry to tell their name because i don't know you have to inspect it by your engineers. At before i had complaint through toll free no.1912 but no action taken against it. And this is my last complain, if you don't take action quickly i can't inform further. Thank you.

                Sir/ madam,
                Recently i applied for a new connection to your office through online. Everything went fine until i visited the taratala cesc office for documentation. The first day i went there, the head clerk (Barababu) sent me back saying there is no available staff/officer today for the said purpose. The next day i somehow managed to get the work done without any hazards. Now, after receipt of the bill through mail when i went to pay the amount, i came to know that i have to submit the bill in paper to pay (Which is quite anti to your green movement project). When i request the staff to provide me the same after generating the token, it seems like she along with the staff siting next to her have no idea how to do that (Though they are quite senior staff), whereas another young lady staff who offered to help me got protested by the same head clerk (Barababu) and he also told me "what's the hurry". He even insisted me to wait for 04 hours to get the bill from upstairs. This kind of behaviour and that also from such senior staff of your office is highly condemnable, and even creating adverse environment for those young and junior staff those who want to help is a matter of shame.
                So, i request you to kindly see into the matter and help those senior staff and head clerk to get a proper mindset and provide them some training on how to help rather than harass, how to generate bills and other technical/ computer knowledge related to their desk and oblige.

                          My february 2019 bill says i have used 357 units. According to cesc calculator the amount should be around rs 3018. However the bill amount is rs 5830. I have paid jan 2019 month's bill. The payment status of last month's bill shows paid. There is no reason that i can find, for an increased bill amount, except for a mistake. I have attached some photos to explain the mistake better

I want to replace this email ID with a new on which is: ca.[protected]@gmail.com in the CESC Database. Please, advise how to do it. I do not find any option to do it online.

                            I am a bona fide consumer, and i am never irregular in my remittances. I follow a very clearly defined energy consumption policy, since i am trained in it.
                            The bill amount for february 2019 is in an excess of ₹5000 which is quite impossible, because it was a cold month, there was no use of fans or a. C. And every one of my lights are energy efficient. I do not use any electro domestic product which has heavy drawage other than a microwave oven, that too for heating.
                            My bill reflects at least ₹2000 excess for february 2019 and it may very well reflect hooking/energy theft in my locality - please look into the matter immediately. My consumer number is [protected].

                                  Respected sir,

                                  I, dipak khemka, a handicapped and disabled person, aged 56 years have been residing at 21a, madan mohan talla street, kolkata – 700 005 and have an electric connection through cesc. I am a retired person now and have been employed at shree hanuman seva trust under the trustee, late syt. K. L. Jalan.

                                  Since the year 2003, i have an electricity connection at my residence mentioned above. Before that, we had lived without electricity for more than a year. We got the electricity connection installed at our residence with the help of calcutta high court, the case number of the order was w. P. No. 1890 (W) of 2003.

                                  Now, we have not been able to provide a free access to the meterboard of our electric connection since 2018 because it is situated in the room of one of the tenants, rabindranath chakroborty in the same premises as mine. The said tenant had shifted to another location as a result of which the meter room is under lock and key. I had already submitted a letter to the commercial executive engineer (North) dated 21st of february, 2018, and thus we were informed that in such scenario, we will be getting an average electricity bill based on the electricity consumption of the last twelve months.

                                  Now, the total electricity consumption for the year 2017 (January through december) amounted to a total of rs. 21, 230.00, the average of which is rs. 1, 769.00 per month.

                                  However, the total amount of electricity consumption for the year 2018 (January through december) went up to a total of rs. 43, 130.00, the average of which is rs. 3, 594.00.

                                  Finally, in the year 2019, i have received bills for the month of january and february which amounts to a total of rs. 9, 290.00, an average of which is rs. 4, 645.00.

                                  Now, my electricity bill’s monthly average used to be around rs. 1, 800.00 which has now been increased to rs. 4, 600.00 per month which has gone up by more than three times as compared to what i had been paying for before.

                                  As i have mentioned, i am a handicapped and disabled person and have been retired for few years now. Still, i have been paying the bills every month for the last one year with sincerity and also a lot of problems knowing that those bills were not correct. However, the recent electricity bill for the month of february, 2019 that i have received is in the amount of rs. 7, 560.00 and i have been shocked since i have seen it.

                                  My family had already gone through the phase of living without electricity for more than a year before and i do not want them to be in that situation again. The reason being the amount of electricity bills that i have been getting is huge now and is out of my reach, budget and income.

                                  Thus, i am reaching out to you as the last option to help me under these circumstances because i had requested in the cesc office in this regards a lot of times in the last one year with no result or help.

                                  So, i kindly request you to look into this matter, consider it and oblige.

                                    Today i came to know from Regional office that withdrawal of security money could unable to process till power supply is disconnected.Though Regional office ordered to disconnect power supply on 22/02/2019 to Meter Inspector but till date power supply didn't disconnect by meter inspector.So what should i do it's been more than 1 month i haven't received any response from CESC and Consumer Complain and if so when will u be able to resolve this matter or inform me any true possible solution..
