Consumer no:[protected] customer id:[protected] name:santwana bagchi. I am 84yrs of age & bedridden. That is why i have to stay in my daughter's nearby house for nearly two yrs. My house is under lock & key.in february i have not got any message regarding meter reading & meter inspection also. Why do i have to pay rs.910 as electricity bill for the month of feb 2019 without meter inspection?

    Sir/madam,
    This is to inform you that i have one domestic meter bearing consumer id no. [[protected]] in the name of suchandra barai of 20/15, alipore road nimta, lp-lp-12/14/1/1, kolkata 700049. I am shocked with the bill vide bill no. [protected], bill date 06.03.19 when. I have noticed on bill that previous meter reading mentioned * and present reading mentioned 729, unit consumed 8578, total units 8578, energy charges 75864.91/-. As per the bill last six month consumption details as follows i, e - 09/-18 — 197 units, 10/18 — 106 units, 11/18 — 109 units, 12/18 — 112 units, 01/19 — 116 units, but 02/19 — 8578 units.

    I don't understand the actual reasons behind it. I am earnestly requesting you to send your representatives for physical verification of my meter.
    You also send notice of disconnection due to nonpayment last three month total amount due (711.05/-+735.69/-+740.85/-=2187.59/-).

      Sir/madam,
      After my transfer to delhi in 2009, my mother was staying there. However, due to her health conditions of old age related problems, she could not stay alone there, leaving the flat vacant since january 4, 19.
      Being an obedient indian citizen, i regularly pay the bill as and when generated either offline or online.
      However, this time (February'19) when i wanted to pay the bill through online, it is seen online that "the bill for this consumer number has not been generated yet" reflected in the bill details. It is not generated perhaps due to no use/ non-consumption of electricity since my mother's shift from the flat on 5.1.19 and it will continue in this way except my visit to the flat sometimes during my leave period till transfer back to kolkata.
      It is therefore, requested to kindly regularly generate the bill of my ca no.[protected] ([censored]al chandra ahikary, b-35/002, peerless nagar, sodpur).

        I tried to pay my electric bill and paid inr for february 2019 bill. Money was 1220 deducted and payment from my sbi account was shown successful. But then browser showed some error. I again checked but found that receipt of payment is not given in cesc website. It again gives the option to pay bill instead of receipt when i entered my consumer id. Details of transaction: [protected] consumer id: [protected]consumer no [protected]kindly give me receipt of payment and update system such that it shows payment done.

          Sir, i have paid twice rs.1690, the electricity bill of january 2019, against the customer id as mentioned at subject matter through paytm wallet on 01.03.19 and sbi debit card 03.03.2019 (Operator reference no. 19030310314808000254698081280950230119700000002365)
          Due to some technical fault of paytm. Therefore, it is requested to you to adjust the amount from the next bill.

            Your jan 19 bill shows units as 6061 in stead of 6001. The amount was 675 for energy chgs. Which shud have been rs.284.in feb 19 it was 3 units reading making energy chgs. Of rs.15 means total of rs.690. But i[censored]nits taken were correct my energy chgs would be rs.284 for 55 units in jan & rs.330 for 63 units in feb. Thus total shud be rs.614 in stead of rs.690. Due to inadvertant reading i had to pay rs. 76/- (Rs.690 - rs.614) more which kindly arrange to adjust in march bill sir towards energy charges.

              Dear sir/madam,
              I have applied for cesc meter installation on 15 th feb 2019 and got offer letter on 19 th feb and Paid Rs 21150 as security money on 20 th feb2019. I received information from concerned official as order has been passed for me on 20 th evening and meter will be installed within two days .but unfortunately meter is not installed yet. I have tried to follow up all the way by whatsapp message and by various call to concerned official but i did not get any response . At last day before yesterday i had lodged complain through mail [protected]@rp-sg.in and superfirstexpress . and today i tried to check meter installation status and i become shocked to see my application is closed without any reason and without any information. So it is my humble request to you please consider my problem sympathetically and solve the issue.

                With due respect & regards i am a customer no [protected] for last 35 years any paying average bill of rs 4.000 every months. Street light post no lp - 111/15/1 in front of my house has no street light for last 35 years. Due to long distance of pole no 111/15/0 and 111/15/02 entire distance became darkness during night.
                Under the circumstances i would like to request you please provide one street light in pole no 111/15/1 to overcome darkness for trespassers in this lane otherwise any unwanted happening may occur in future.

Before opening door i want to identify the person by his name but he refused to tell and showing threatening attitude. I am doubtful about his attitude it's a huge matter of my household security and worried about my meter checking report.

                        I sougata mukhopadhya cesc consumer no.[protected] & my father binoy kr mukherjee consumer no. [protected] a seniour citizen 80+ old man.
                        Last three month i got sms from cesc that meter reading schedule date after schedule date got another message that due to inaccessible meter board position inspector arrange for free access and result end of the month a huge amount average bill come from cesc end. We are here last 25 years never been happened before.
                        This month 20th february again meter reading scheduled this month we are alert about this. Surprise to seen that nobody come for meter reading now 21st feb i got same massage like other moth that due to inaccessible meter board position inspector arrange for free access.
                        It means some of respected inspector cover responsibility with some wrong statement and every we are unnecessary penalized by a non affordable billing amount.
                        Please look after that mater asp and save us..

                            In my starting reading was 19897 and ending reading was 20061 therefore differnce was 164 unit. But the chargeble unit was 170 (As per your bill mentioned above).
                            Therefore please take necessary action to resolve the problem by adjusting the excess billing amount in the subsequent bill.

                                I am having few problems from last few days.. We live in 70. Taltala lane kolkata 700014
                                Sir, the power z out and then back.. The lights fans fridge are automatically turning on and off.. The fans are speeding and slowing plzz look after this matter this is very risky.. Our tubelight also got blast because of this.. We cant on our fridge my neighbours are also having the same problm
