Dear sir

This is regarding electricity bill of my shop charged very high. Actually since last 3 months you were charging high however now it is very high so i am complaining. I also did not pay my bill so please immediately check what is issue and revise my bill as it is not possible so high charges.

Kindly check and resolve at earliest so i can pay my bill soon.

    Since march '17 till september'18 average bill value (For the customer ids [protected] & [protected]) is coming in the range of rs 1800 /monthly.

    My mother lives in a single room, ac is not functional, washing machine not getting operated for a year.

    She is extremely averse to cold and vigilantly monitors to ensures there is no excess consumption of electricity.

    All efforts to minimize electric consumption and subsequent cost has all gone in vain.

    Repeated request to address this problem has gone in vain.

      Respected sir/madam,

      This is bring in your kind notice that, i, hashmat fatima (Property owner/ landlady) owned a property at 31/h/3, palm avenue, kolkata - 700019. However, there is one of the tenant named saba nishat has illegally given let out her flat to mr shammim rizvi and they both put together applying or transferring the line (Meter no. Ss[protected] in a fraudulent way as mr shammim rizvi who is into high rent and who was never introduced or never known to us.

      I, therefore, request you to investigate the matter and stop putting the heavy load or installation of new metter in the name of shammim rizvi which is a fraudulent activity happening in our premises no. 31/h/3, palm avenue, kolkata - 700019. Our tenant is saba nishat, we do not know any such person like shammim rizvi.

      I, henceforth request you to take strict action against saba nishat & shammim rizvi for doing such a malpractice and involved in applying/transferring fraudulent metter without landlord/property owner consent or any prior into intimation to us.

      I shall be highly obliged if you kindly consider my request and support us in stopping the fraud.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I am a resident of ba-14/4, deshbandhu nagar, baguiati, kolkata-700059. My consumer id.-[protected] and my complaint is inconnection with the inflated bills, raised by cesc for the month of july2018, august, 2018 and sept, 2018. The july & august bill has already been paid by me and the bill amount of rs.3110 for sept, 2018 is yet to be paid by me.
        In view of above, it is requested to check the meter or replace the existing meter installed to avoid the inflated bill in future.

          This is to inform you that from last 5 to 6 months i am charging excessive electricity bill, which is incorrect. As per my previous months meter reading my consumption unit was also less, but suddenly the bill raised to an excessive amount. I think there is positively a problem in your meter reading or else my meter is not functioning properly. Kindly send your engineer to look into this matter and send me a correct bill as per my actual consumption at the earliest so that i can make payment of my pending bill of this month.             It is very unfortunate that we had a interruption of power supply in our area for 35 minutes in the midst of saptomi.

            Please let me know that who will compensate for this valuable 35 minutes of the festival in my locality. I am really shocked with the service of cesc during the festival period.

            As we are the valuable consumers we look forward to the uninterrupted supply of power during durga puja.

                It is observed for a long time that our meter is defective and you are requested to change the meter immediately. We are using 1 tv, 1 tubelight, 1 fan, 1 night bulb (5w led bulb) & 1 (15w led bulb) due to excess unit consumption we are not using our fridge for this we have paid rs. 590/- for the month of september'2018.

                You are requested to change the said meter at the earliest.

                  Dear sir,
                  Please note that there was an error in the monthly electricity bill for september-2018. You have shown unit consumed as 490 units in september-2018. Where as i have checked (On 9/10/2018 at 8 pm) in the meter box that i have consumed only 261 units[protected] as on 9/10/2018 at 8.00pm.
                  I have taken photograph of the said meter for verification purpose. Besides my monthly average unit consumption is 240 units.
                  My unit consumption in june-18 : 325 unit, in july-18 : 206 unit and in aug-18 : 190 unit which comes an average of 240 units.
                  You may kindly look in to the matter and resolve immediately.

                      This is not a complaint. I read few complaints against cesc here and found them so cute because my residence electricity is provided by wbsedcl and at least 4hrs on an average everyday we have power failure.

                      All you people are blessed to have cesc as your utility service. I wish someday wbsedcl shuts down forever and let cesc take over in barasat areas.

                        I paid bill for the month of july 2018. The transaction was being processed but then the browser showed that server timed out. I got a message that rs. Xxxx has been deducted from my account regarding cesc. The next time i checked in to cesc, it is not showing the latest bill that i paid now. I think that the bill is not paid and next month i got green bill but the money has been deducted. Please help.

                          We like to draw your attention to the following facts happened in 2016. We were immensely obliged for your co operation and helping attitude. We did not face any discomfort in 2017-winter too.
                          But now we observe that street-lamps are being switched off at 5am on main road (Lalkuthi water-tank to rashbehari avenue-connector). We have been continuing our morning walk throughout the year at same time mentioned in 2016. Our age are increased by 2yrs from 2016. Some are over 70yrs-one/two are even above 85yrs.
                          May we request you to pl keep the lamps glittered up to 5.15am for the period october, 18 to march, 19 on the main road only so that we may comfortably walk at the dawn-time.
                          Today, we observe that street lamps at new ballygunge were switched off at 5.20am
                          Hope you will realize our difficulties and consider our requests favorably.

                            Its been our great previledge to have great company "cesc" in kolkata which controls the electric supply to the most part (Almost every part) of kolkata. My experience with this was awesome in burrabazar area (Central kolkata). I had recently moved to north kolkata (Dakshineshwar, alambazar) under kamarhati regional office, and the service provided by this cesc is really pathetic. I cant believe that its the same company that i had at my previous residence place. From last month (September, 2018) there is frequent load shedding (Once in every 2 days). And it hurts the most when it happens during night as it totally ruins our sleep. And not even that, the load shedding continues for 2 hours or sometimes more than that. I personally believe that cesc is a great company and has the capability to fullfill the requirements of whole of kolkata but still in this part (At alambazar, dakshineshwar) they are not doing as per their reputation. I dont know whose fault is this, but if this is not the fault of the higher management of cesc then i want to attract their attention in this matter because this may brings disrepute to your well (And most probably the best in kolkata) functioned organisation.
