      Dear sir,

      I am out of station for last 3 months and i have last paid the bill in the month of july 2017. But surprisingly i have received a huge bill around rs.3000/- for the month of september 2017. I am out of station for last 3 months and i do not know how you have raised the bill. Please correct the bill and send me revised bill immediately else i have to complain to the higher authority and consumer forum for the same.             unexpected charges for bill

            I am tapas dutta, complain to u that my coustomer id [protected] and consumwer number [protected] and my mother [protected] and consumer no. [protected].in this two meter billing rs. 660 and 60 respectively. But last one year there no one live not a single unit to be consumed how it possible for this amount. I strogly protest this matter. U see in this two bill last 6 to 7 months unit consumed 0 unit. Priviously i complain but no ans comes...

            For past few months the electric bill is coming excessively high. This month it shows 1010 is just unacceptable. One senior citizen stays here who use only one fan & tubelight. Sometimes she doesn't stay also. Her earning depend upon rent. It's very difficult for her to pay such unnecessary amount. Please look into the matter immediately.

                Comparative statement of current & previous monthyear electricity bill against cust id:-[protected] & consumer no:-[protected] shows the following :-
                Current previous
                A) 196 units in 0917 119 units in 0916
                B) total units in last 4 mnths (0617 to 0917) units 4 mnths (0616 to 0916)
                Is 514 (196+418+0+[protected]+92+94+78)
                The above fact shows huge irregularity causing abnormally high billing. It may be due to malfunctioning of cesc meter or intentional data manipulation from cesc. Requesting for early action l. Enclosing this months bill which shows the above comparison.

                Please note that I have paid Rs.420/-through on-line payment system, my Oriental Bank Of Commerce as on 19.10.2017 at 11.13 A.M. against bill for the month of September-2017, Consumer ID No. [protected]. Amount already debited from my savings account but not yet get any payment receipts or confirmation from CESC.

                    I tried to pay my bills on their website. However when i paid they said my card declined. However they cut the bill and have not provided a refund.

                    I am attaching a photo of my bank statement and the sms which stated that the money was deducted but they haven't provided any acknowledgement of the bill nor have they initiated a refund.

                    This is very unfair on the consumer

                        Last year 2 no., 1.5 ton ac (S) were installed in my home with due permission from your end. There are 3 no. Meters under one supply connection in this premises and 3 no.ac installed against this supply lines. Now, it is regular feature in my premises under consumer no. [protected] & lp no. 94/14/3 that when all ac machines are in running, they are not working properly even installed fans are not running properly and that might be of low voltage.in this connection it may also be noted that even after repeated request these problem are still continued.
                        You are earnestly requested to please look into the matter and take necessary action to get rid of the above mention problems.

You are having different slabs for different consumption if you don't fix a date (+) (-) 1 day for meter reading it is giving unnecessary load to your consumer.                                 Very bad service of cesc. we are suffuring from 4 to 5 hours only our building break down supply going on hourly. we called up many time to customer care but no solution. what types of service cesc provide we can not understood. but billing is highly charge in every month
                                Meter box of my house has been jutted out from the wall and the condition of the meter box containing two meters is not good.

                                This is my request to please replace the box and fix it on the wall slightly on the higher position than the existing position in order to avoid rain water sometimes spreading on the meter box.

                                  There is no fixed date for taking meter reading in kalibari lane, jadavpur. Reading is taken on 11.09.2017 but till date 15.10.2017 meter reading has not been taken. Due to the delay the billing amount increases, which becomes a great burden for retired persons. Please look into the matter so that meter reading is taken on a fixed date, fluctuation may be allowed maximum 1 or 2 days from fixed date.
