unexpected charges for bill

re: unfairly cutting my money when i tried to settle my bill online

I tried to pay my bills on their website. However when i paid they said my card declined. However they cut the bill and have not provided a refund.

I am attaching a photo of my bank statement and the sms which stated that the money was deducted but they haven't provided any acknowledgement of the bill nor have they initiated a refund.

This is very unfair on the consumer...

I pay my bill through internet banking bill payment every month. Though payment was made of rs 1710/- on[protected] for august bill a disconnection bill is sent for sept 2017 with amount of aug bill included with due date on[protected].

Consumer id [protected]. My average consumption is 170 to 180 units per month but sorry to inform you my last reading is 253 unit. You are having different slabs for different consumption if you don't fix a date (+) (-) 1 day for meter reading it is giving unnecessary load to your consumer. no fixed date for cesc meter reading

There is no fixed date for taking meter reading in kalibari lane, jadavpur. Reading is taken on 11.09.2017 but till date 15.10.2017 meter reading has not been taken. Due to the delay the billing amount increases, which becomes a great burden for retired persons. Please look into the matter so that meter reading is taken on a fixed date, fluctuation may be allowed maximum 1 or 2 days from fixed date....

My consumer no-[protected]. My july'17 mnth consumption - total unit is 221 and amnt payable is 1520/-, in the mnth of aug'17 consumption=9unit amnt payable=57/- and sep'17 consumption = 126 unit amnt payable=860/-.

Is it possible that there is so much of consumption in the month of spt'17. Already i have given a mail earlier in the month of july '17regarding the bill.
I have a doubt that the meter may be faulty or electricity...

high electricity bill from september and october

From oct 2017 we are getting 6th times higher bill then previous month. We have called many times to customer care to change the meter but they are not responding. We only use 2fans and 4lights but we are getting 181units. This is disgusting. They are just looting people. Every month we are paying bills. So please look into asap. high electricity bills consecutively for past 1 year 2016-17 till current months.

I have received my electricity bills for rs 22, 400.20 for a period of 2 months. This bills appears to be inflated and huge, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such high and huge bill. I therefore, wish to replaced the new meter given to me immediately, since i am not able to bare or afford such botched up bills any long.
