My consumer no-[protected]. My july'17 mnth consumption - total unit is 221 and amnt payable is 1520/-, in the mnth of aug'17 consumption=9unit amnt payable=57/- and sep'17 consumption = 126 unit amnt payable=860/-.

Is it possible that there is so much of consumption in the month of spt'17. Already i have given a mail earlier in the month of july '17regarding the bill.
I have a doubt that the meter may be faulty or electricity is being tapped from my meter. Plz solve the issue asap. Or else i have to take action regarding this matter

    From oct 2017 we are getting 6th times higher bill then previous month. We have called many times to customer care to change the meter but they are not responding. We only use 2fans and 4lights but we are getting 181units. This is disgusting. They are just looting people. Every month we are paying bills. So please look into asap. Please revised the bill and change the meter.

        Respected sir,
        I have received my electricity bills for rs 22, 400.20 for a period of 2 months. This bills appears to be inflated and huge, as i know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such high and huge bill. I therefore, wish to replaced the new meter given to me immediately, since i am not able to bare or afford such botched up bills any long.
        Inspite of me complaining the same several times, no initiative have been taken to fix up the issue. Kindly look into it as early as possible. Consumers no. [protected] / customer id no. [protected].

                            Refer your e-mail dated 26/09/2017 and have to advise that part of the bill for june '17 of rs.170/= have been paid. I don't know whether it has reduced from the current bill or not.
                            1.in this regard, i have already informed you to send your representative to check the meter box since your man, who was sent to replace the meter, had pointed out the dampness in the lower part of the meter box due to leakage of rain water through your connecting pole.in fact it is not our fault as we don't have access in your meter box. This is your absolute property. This may be one of the reason for frequent damage of the meter and our sufferings of payment of inflated bill.
                            2. I also lodge a serious complaint against your courier service, who use to deliver the monthly bills door to door, f or collecting money in the name of puja bonus. I hope you may admit that it is against your normal terms and conditions on the basis of which they were entrusted for this job.

Your miter reader has wrong reading as on date (27.09.2017) my miter reading is 15026. I was outside thereafter seeing bill in e mail i verify the mater and found this discrepancies.
                              Therefore it is requested your honour please correct the bill (If necessary by sending your miter reader) and issue fresh bill for for correct consumption. I am not ready to pay this higher bill.

                                  This is to inform you that a message was sent stating that unit consumption of customer id [protected] (Consumer no [protected]) is 373 for the billing month of august 2017, which is unexpectedly very high and impossible to generate this excessive high meter consumption unit.
                                  Unit consumption of last month (For julay, 2017) was 94 only, and unit consumption is (For june, 2017) is 68 only, and my 1st consumption unit (For the month may, 2017) is 0 unit only.
                                  So i highly doubt that in no way the unit consumption can be increased by 373 units even we have no heavy consumption appliance like air condition (Ac), tv, computer etc.
                                  I am unable to pay the bill figure of rs. 3, 090/- (August-17). Please solves the problem as earliest as possible.
                                  Please “kindly lodge the complaint against the over rated, abnormal abrupt electricity bill from the month of august, 2017, where only, one 4 star fridge, 2 cfl lights, 3 celling fan were operated.
                                  This impossible to pay this inappropriate unit generated. I am attaching last 3 months bill also. So i am urging you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
