With reference to the complaint subject we would like to bring to your kind attention that there is a need to repair the 3-phase junction box of our flat to avoid any accident as on several occasion there is current leakages leading to spark/fire hazard etc. Whenever we call cesc. Electricians attend but it is repaired by jointing old cables through taping resulting in repeat of the same thing within a few days....

I have a complain against your billing for monthly electricity consumption.in the month of july i have got the bill of june'17 mentioned previous month unit reading 183 units but not mentioned present reading and you have charged 75 units for the month of june'17, then you have sent a sms on 21/7/2017 that, my consumption unit for this month (July'17) is 310. Whereas on 30/7/2017 my meter showing the unit is 390....

This is to inform you that my last bill is abnormally high. We have facing a severe power problem in 48 / a sadgope para lane. Serampore. Hooghly. Main problem is power fluctuate. For that reason many electrical equipment are already damaged. Every month my bill comes around 1500 with ac. Last month (May) they send me a bill of rs 0 and this month they send me a bill of 608 units of rs 5000/- which not acceptable. Your mistake why would a customer will suffer. And the customer people are rude and do not have any ethicates. Tell me you want my money i will give you my check book take all money. Why loot the customers slowly. Bloody fraud.

I write this letter because of this problem i encouter a high bill from last two months and it getting more expensive to us. I dont know why we spend electricity but not too much then when we receive the bill it`s to high for our using, so i hope that you can may take action about my bill. Last year 2 no., 1.5 ton ac (S) i were installed in my home with a kind permission granted from cesc limited and accordingly meter has also been replaced by new one. Now, it is regular feature in my premises under consumer no. [protected] & lp no. 94/14/3 that due to low voltage, as well as fluctuating voltage during night our air conditioning machines & fans are not working properly, even the speed of fans are also fluctuated.in...
