I have emailed cesc on 17apr2017 about the issue that i am unable to register for online account.
Customer id :[protected] email mobile and dob change
Actually when i tried i see someone else has already registered on my meter with his name and mobile phone.
This is my new flat and i am now thinking that cesc may have mapped incorrect meter to my account or there is some issue there.
As i don't stay in kolkata city i can't visit cesc office hence emailed twice but no response.

    Sir/madam,
    On 29/04/17 i tried to pay the bill from cesc online website against my consumer no:-[protected] (Customer id:-[protected]). I used paytm online payment gateway to clear my monthly bill of rs 1410. After 1-2 minutes the transaction failed and money was debited from my account but my monthly bill was not cleared.
    Hereby i request the concern authority to please help me in getting my money refunded.

    Last few months we had observed ... My meter is not working properly ...as it is an old meter, there was a spark from the meter. I have consulted the electrical engineer, they are consultant change the old electric meter.

    I applied for new connection on 13.04.17, reference no - 03/07853/17 but the inspectioners is not coming yet.

    Can you please help me in this regard.

      I am a lower middle class person, there have 3 bed room, tube, cfl, 5 no. Of fan, freez, micro-wave which is only use at night for 5 to 7 mins in a day, there have a washing machine which is use only every sunday for 20 mins. Me and my wife both are working persons. Whole day our house fully vacant except sunday. But my march'17 bill is 3220. Which is beyond our limit / consumption. Kindly look forward our previous bill and make correction the latest bill. I have confidently told you there have something went to wrong with my current bill. I beg you to accept my request and make correction my billing process very carefully as soon as possible.

        There is no power supply in my house since last night i. E from 23rd april 2017, 8pm. Please look into this matter on an urgent basis. This kind of service is unacceptable from such a renowned company such as cesc. After such heifty charges leived on basic utility, we as as a consumer should atleast get expected service. Please i beg to you to look into this matter immediately.

          Respected sir/ma'am,

          I'm sk anwar 6/2-a gholam jilani khan road, kolkata 700039.
          My consumer no is this ([protected])
          The electricity bill that i received of march 2017 appear to be much on the higher side, my average units 30to 50 usually stay between is180 to350 last 4-5 years. But the bill of feb and march 2017 was rs1380/- for units 203 which shockingly higher than the usual. Which is absolutely impossible. It is very difficult for me to pay but i paid for it due to customers care i talked they told that may be new meter (Old meter has changed) but it is too much because after changing its jumping very fast in 20 days it's over come 186 units it's shockingly for me how is possible i know my consumption.
          There must be some fault with the meter
          I request the concerned authority to please look into this matter as soon as possible and take necessary action.

              This to inform you that my meter reading is too high.i don't know why is that my consumer no is this ([protected]) and it's a new meter we have installed it on the month of December 2016 since that every thing was fine till February, however last month reading is too high I don't know all of a sudden why is that.its very concerning that all of sudden my meter reading is showing (294) units, so please look into the matter.

                Bill paid through online using AXIS Bank Credit Card, debited the amount from my card & that information received through SMS in my registered mobile no, a acknowledgement page shown, failed to download, but after few mins website shows that transaction was unsuccessful. Can't understand the payment status, but the money has already been deducted.

                      My mother was out of city for continuos 2 months yet bill for Jan Feb was quite high actually much above fixed charges, i tried calling them many times at but not reachable, I didn't clear the amount in march due date because i want the break up of statement showing units consumed

                        My customer id is [protected]. My average meter reading is 50-60 units per month. I have received. bill for Feb. 2017 is only 7 units, which is completely wrong. The HOWRAH REGIONAL Office advised me for advance payment of Rs. 250/- But I think it will not correct the reading and I have to pay the bill for next month with higher rate. Please note that there is no option for advance payment in the website.

                                  We are consuming electricity from cesc since a several years (Customer id - [protected] & meter # 1029581).in december, 2016 the old meter reader had been replaced a new one (Meter # 5829972) which is reading electricity wrongly. As we don't use ac or any luxurious gadget, 1293units in 2 months (Dec & jan) is excessively high for domestic consumers like us. The net amount we paid for the aforesaid months is rs.11510 (Bill # [protected]) which is quite an unexpected and impossible amount.
                                  The highest units we consumed last year is 281units for sept, 2016 and amount paid rs.1950 (Bill # [protected]).
                                  The meter reader needs immediate inquiry from your end as it seems like it is not genuine.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I would like to inform you that the electricity bill I received for the month of January, 2017 against bill no [protected] and customer ID [protected] (Consumer No [protected]) is amounting Rs 5470 and is extremely high compared to regular trend. In fact, regular bill amount seems to be quite high since I don't have any AC connection. For your information my monthly average billed consumption of last twelve months was 305.6 units against 610 units for Jan, 2017. I have doubt that there is some mistake in the process and request you to depute your personnel for verification and investigation to find out real cause for this abnormal reading. We are ready to replace the old meter if it is malfunctioning. Please also inform whether we should make payment for this high value bill or wait for your investigation.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        The electricity bill that I received against the mentioned customer ID for the month of December, 2016 appears to be much on the higher side. My average electricity bills usually stay between 1000 INR - 2200 INR and under 300 units. In the last 2 years the monthly consumptions were ALWAYS under 300 units. But the bill of the december 2016 was 4200 INR(499 units), which is shockingly higher than the usual. Today I received an SMS stating that my electricity comsumption of the current month (January 2017) is 898 units, which is absolutely impossible! It is very difficult for me to pay this huge amount.

                                        There must be some fault either with the meter or with the meter reading. I request the concerned authority to please look into this matter and take necessary action.
