Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that the electricity bill I received for the month of January, 2017 against bill no [protected] and customer ID [protected] (Consumer No [protected]) is amounting Rs 5470 and is extremely high compared to regular trend. In fact, regular bill amount seems to be quite high since I don't have any AC connection. For your information my monthly average billed consumption of last twelve months was 305.6 units against 610 units for Jan, 2017. I have doubt that there is some mistake in the process and request you to depute your personnel for verification and investigation to find out real cause for this abnormal reading. We are ready to replace the old meter if it is malfunctioning. Please also inform whether we should make payment for this high value bill or wait for your investigation.

    Respected Sir,

    The electricity bill that I received against the mentioned customer ID for the month of December, 2016 appears to be much on the higher side. My average electricity bills usually stay between 1000 INR - 2200 INR and under 300 units. In the last 2 years the monthly consumptions were ALWAYS under 300 units. But the bill of the december 2016 was 4200 INR(499 units), which is shockingly higher than the usual. Today I received an SMS stating that my electricity comsumption of the current month (January 2017) is 898 units, which is absolutely impossible! It is very difficult for me to pay this huge amount.

    There must be some fault either with the meter or with the meter reading. I request the concerned authority to please look into this matter and take necessary action.

      I have remitted customer ID [protected] Jan'2017 tariff of Re.370 vide PAYTM wallet Txn ID [protected] AT 21:12, 13.02.2017 AND Customer ID [protected] jan, 2017 tariff of Re.100 through PAYTM wallet Txn ID [protected] AT 21:14, 13.02.2017.But till date I have not received confirmation in my registered mail though in both cases money have been debited from my paytm wallet.Please intimate at the earliest.

      Customer ID [protected], Bill payment for month of jan 2017 amount 310, has already been done through online payment and the same has been deducted from my bank account while I have have received no confirmation about the same from CESC.

      Transaction Done through HDFC Credit Card dated 28/02/17, at 12:06PM.

        Please note that we had submitted a complain with CESC (Docket No. 3172714). The problem was that we were noticing sparks near the meter. The complain was attended by the break down service and we were told that there was a problem in the "Neutral Line" which they temporarily removed and they said they were reporting this to their office and the problem will be rectified within a week. A complain no. [protected] was given from the office over phone. Please note that the meter box is in the garage and houses a petrol car. There can be an accidental fire which may cause loss of property and life. Please look into the same at the earliest.

          This to inform you that landlord Md Sajid own 5 meter in one address with different names and he is giving current to his tenant who don't have their own meter with the cost of 6 Rs per unit from his own meter and he says he has lots of contact in CESC so nobody can harm him.as per me whatever he is doing it's illegal, so please look into the matter.

              I have got message that both the meter has inaccessible for meter reading on 08.02.2017.I request you to take meter reading on any day within this month to avoid billing the amount doubling the units consumed in next month attracting billing under a higher slab

                      To my utter surprise sudden my customer id and name has been manipulated purposely and changed wrongly as miss rekha c/o pradip kumar banerjee in stead of miss rekha c/o beer bikram kumar singh. Till oct. 2016, i paid all the bills in the name of miss rekha c/o beer bikram kumar singh with same address. What happened to cesc, all of sudden bill has been changed in the name of miss rekha c/o pradip kumar banerjee in place of miss rekha c/o beer bikram kumar singh with same address.in new format bill with customer id [protected] is showing the changed name, even for previous bills which has already been paid in the name of miss rekha c/o beer bikram kumar singh. This has been made without any intimation to me, i am using this meter since more than 18 years. I am the authorized tenant of said flat in the premises, which is being supplied by the same meter having consumer no. [protected]. Every month i pay rent to hon'ble rent controller, govt. Of west bengal and obtain rent receipt accordingly, which i can show you as well. I can also show you all the paid bills till oct 2016 and bill of nov. 2016 in the name of miss rekha c/o beer bikram kumar singh. All of sudden what forced them to manipulate those bills in their new it format. This is a matter of great concern and i am forced by same cesc to not to pay the bills till correction is made. I am forced to escalate the matter upto higher court also.
                      I request pl. Treat this letter to be treated as as written complaints and first information report against cesc very seriousely. I hope this is a try to manipulate govt. Documents and the culprits to be punished hardly.
                      Again i say this a matter of great concern, pl. Do all the needful and take hard action against cesc and the person behind it.

                                Dear Sir
                                Regret to inform you that my tenant Mr. Mintu Banik Consumer no [protected] meter no 5198330 of holding no 8/1/A R.B.C Road, Rishra. He was applied for surrender of electricity on dated 14.09.2016 ( received application form attach along with). No action has taken aver in a month. Then I was given written complain and meet with Ms Subhra Chatterjee at Howrah office ( Complain letter and token no attach with). Ms Chatterjee introduce with me to Mr Sil ( Bara Babu) then I came to know that some one given objection while disconnection of line. I strongly oppose that if me and my tenant have on objection how and why unknown people objection this?. As per Mr. Sil instruction I was given my mobile no, he assured me before going to disconnect line his person will call me and I will be there to handle any objection.

                                Week pass over no body call me I call Ms Chatterjee more then 30 times in course of time ( If required I Will show my mobile bill). She always assured me that its will take some time. If I asked her to speak with bara babu eighter he was out of station or not in chair.
                                I am surprise how long I wait for disconnection thought I lost my valuable time and money.
                                Now I request you please take an immediate action to disconnect the line.My new tenant already applied for a new connection. Both o[censored]s feeling trouble to do the same until existing meter disconnection.

                                  There is noway to contact the CESC designated courier cosmopolation, since their phone is unresponsive.

                                    I’ve already left the house in the middle of october and its locked still now.

                                    If you check our previous records, you can see that, so i cannot understand why you’ve billed 286 unit for the month of august (Which also is the same for the same month of the previous year).

                                    I thought this was an assumption based on the previous year bill and will be corrected/adjusted in the consequent bill.
                                    But this is not happened and you’ve sent me due, green bill along with the disconnection notice.

                                    Please correct the thing and let me know what had happened.

                                      Meri apse request hai ki jald se jald mera ye amount mere a/c me credit karwa de. Aur apne system ko aur better karne ki koshish kare jis se hame pareshani na ho. Agar server ke problem se bill payement na ho to turant amount back ho jaaye na ki hame wait karna pade.
