I have got message that both the meter has inaccessible for meter reading on 08.02.2017.I request you to take meter reading on any day within this month to avoid billing the amount doubling the units consumed in next month attracting billing under a higher slab
Please pay attention to my request & resolve the problem as soon as possible
You can send any meter reader person on any day before processing the bill of this month....

I have paid my December electric bill for Rs.920/ through Bandhan Bank VISA debit card no [protected] on 5/02/2017 and the bank has sent me SMS showing that Rs.910/ has already been debited from my account. But receipt of this payment has not been generated.Please send me a receipt of this payment.

Sir maine (16.12.2016) ko CESC ka ek bill payement kiya tha through debit card. Net me ye unsuccessful dikhaya, but thodi der baad mere mobile per msg aaya ki 420/- rs. Debit ho gaye hai. This is to put your kind attention to the illegal and unauthorized billing of electricity of my house. As per SMS sent we waited for the day to have the meter checkup.
