I Samsurnesha begum, W/o Sk Nasir Ali, Residing at flat at the First floor of Premises No. 29/1, Kustia Road, Ward no - 66, P.O. and P.s Tiljala, Kolkata - 700039, District South 24 Parganas Do apprise to Lodge this complaint Under Compelling circumstances Against the offender above named stated as follow.

The premises No. 29/1 Kustia road, Ward no - 66, P.O. and P.s Tiljala, Kolkata - 700039, District South 24 Parganas Consisting with Ground plus Four Floors are Jointly Owned by my Husband and his Other One brother and one Brother in Law.

My complaint against 1) SK NAUSHAD ALI @BATA
2)SK SALAMUDDIN AHMED @PAYERA

They running the illegal Business of Manufacturing leather bags at Third Floor, Also Running the electric sewing machine, Electric pasting machine by Hooking from the Nearest pole.

The user who is suspected for theft uses a heater, TV, fans, fridge, lights and other electronic accessories.

However some days ago His New New Meter is Installed and its been a month since they cesc Installed a new meter but the Unit is Still 000000...

and the other owner @SK NAUSHAD ALI
Also installed a new meter by cese a month ago and stil its 000015 unit.

We live in a residential building at Kustia road and where as Commercial work done in the Third floor - Heavy Motorized sewing machine, They Running their machines using electric Hooking... The Theft is a Joint owner of Building Where as we are also one owner..

The third floor Where He is running his illigal business by using electric sewing machine using for stitching, Electric pasting machine, using for pasting garments throught out the day and night, Using the electricity by hooking

Kindly take some action Against Them...

    Please look into the matter as soon as possible and reconnect my aforesaid Electricity connection.

      Dear Sir,
      This is to put your kind attention to the illegal and unauthorized billing of electricity of my house. As per SMS sent we waited for the day to have the meter checkup. But no one came and now we have been billed 2010rs drastically for few months now. This happens very frequently and complaints to the cesc office were all in vain.
      We are middle class family with no computer or AC to be able to justify the huge charge we have to pay. To add to that my mother and me are both working woman who hardly is in the house during the day.
      This is my utmost request to see into this matter as a priority. A copy of my bill is attached.

        Sir/madam, i have facing some problem with online payment. The bill of october i was paid two times... One from sbi credit card another from paytm. Both transaction shows successful payment. Actually i have another meter name with mr. Ashim halder, consumer no. [protected]. Following problem has happened with those bill also.. Kindly inform me what should i do...

          This is to inform you that I had received a SMS on 02/12/2016 in the registered mobile number that the meter was scheduled to be rad on 04/12/2016. However, nobody arrived on the date informed, instead your personnel reached the said premises on 05/12/2016 and could got access to the meter. I am to inform you that nobody remain in that premises on any working day during 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Hence without proper prior intimation it is not possible to provide access to the meter. You may please guide alternative way so that the meter reading can be done without any hindrance.

            Your SMS in my mobile([protected]) shows that I had consumed 491 units for the month Nov'2016, which is totally a baseless, false statement. Today(03/12/16), I had myself checked & read the meter reading showing only 215 units after comparing with my previous (last) bill.So, how can u predict such a forgery units consumed? You can verify any day anytime with my complaint.

              Subject :- disconnection request on ref of today's email

              "online application for amendment in mailing address in respect of consumer no. [protected]".

              I want to draw your attention here that i have an objection to the mail, attached herewith, regarding the amendment of mailing address of the bill of the consumer no.[protected], as i did not ever applied for such an action.

              The consumer pronab kumar banerji had expired on 15th feb, 2015 and his wife on 18th sep 2016.

              Till that date of her life i used to pay the bill of her house electricity consumption that is not needed further, for which i would request you to take necessary action to disconnect the line, instead of amending any mail address, that may be applied by any fraud applicant, who would want to occupy pronab kr. Banerji's undivided property.

              I would be thankful to you if you kindly take necessary step to disconnect the line.

                    Dear sir,

                    I regret to state that the electricity bill for my residence is beyond the expectation. We only 4 people stays in the residence out of which i remain outside for office work throughout the day, we don't use ac since winter season and only one fan is been used. We fail to understand what is the reason of showing such high consumption and high charges.

                    You need to send your staff for inspection of my meter or check at your end how such high consumption is being carried on my meter. There is some problem with your meter. This need to be enquired at higher lever.

                      I had made a complaint that my meter's reading is inaccurate and I wanted someone to come and check the same as I did not want any issues in future.I did get a response from them regarding the same.However I am looking for the details of my complaint and their response.as Cesc website does not offer the details. Please help me as whom and how to approach to get the docket details which will contain my exact words and their response to it

                        Dear Sir,

                        This month my bill exceed the normal average payment. As you observe last 12months bill it is not exceed Rs 2500 but this month bill is Rs4000, we don't have ac and we did not buy any new gadgets also so I could not understand the reason.
                        I am a pension holder and its very difficult for me to give that amount. Can you please recheck and consider something.

Last three months I observed excess meter amount is sent by you to my end. Although I am not use such amount of electricity.                             From starting time my electricity bill has come about Rs. 3000/- per month up to April 2016, but from April 2016 to till date the bill has come about Rs. 7000/- to 8000/- per month. It is surprise to note that why this abnormal bill has come to my residence at Parnasree Pally, Behala, Kolkata :- 700 060, W.B.
                            I have very much confirm that some illegal taping has been done from my meter or power line so that excess meter reading has come in my consumer meter reading.
                            It is requested to you please check the line immediately and confidentially so that the illegal connection may cot in hand and punished by state administration.

                              In my (Sri Birendra Nath Chatterjee, of 4B, Sri Chaityanya Sarani, Serampore, Hooghly, W.B) last bill against Consumer I.D: [protected], to my utter surprise the amount to be paid is Rs. 1200/-, a whooping rise, compared to average of Rs. 300-350/- in earlier months.
                              Please look into the matter & investigate the reason of such unjustified amount at an early date as the due datre of payment is within 15.11.2016

                                For the month of Aug 16 @ sept 16 I have received bill for 260 and 356 units .Pl note that I have very normal electric points 3 light 2 fans and a small water pump. Moreover I hardly stay 10 days at my place in a month. I fail to understand how such heavy amount of electric consumption is taking place.Such problems are taking place after installation of new meter by you. Pl look in to the matter urgently.

                                  I have registered my number and e mail id for e billing in cesc now as I m leaving the city I want to deregister my consumers id for e billing so that I can have a paper bill and other people on my behalf can pay the monthly bill.                                   I have paid (twice) CESC electricity bill for the month of September 2016, through on line using bill desk gateway by my debit card. (0n[protected]. 1st time bill desk gateway was not response after using my debit card.2nd time i tried again from bill desk gateway, through my alternate debit card and get receipt. but after that, i observed my account has been debited two times with same amount i. e, 2*1060= rs, 2120.00. i have also got two massage on[protected] from my bank that, both the amount has been received successfully by us. now i am requesting you, please, "adjust" my over payment to coming next...

                                    Hi,

                                    This is Sourish Sinha here. I have raised couple of complaints ([protected], [protected]) with CESC regarding worst condition of the Electric supply piller.
                                    I already complained that the Electricity supply piller(infront of my house) is standing with almost broken base and it could be completely broken at any time. CESC persons visited the place and understood the situation few ddays back and agreed that this should be rectified very soon for avoiding any accident, though no one is fixing the problem and this is now long pending.
                                    I have already raised couploe of complain though no one bothered to che3ck this out.

                                      I have no any; but there is a connection of meter on my mobile number in your location.. and every month a bill confirmation comes through messages to me..
                                      No problem. But the bills are not paid.. because bill gradually increasing and became beyond 15, 000.
                                      Since 12 months I receiving these message as [protected][protected]...

                                      Why like this.. who is that not paying the amount on bill ... and why registered on my number..

                                      I already complaint on a received call from you 4 months ago.

                                      I think this should be considered and resolve soon.
