I've paid the bill amount of rs.1180/- for the month of august 2016 on 14th september 2016 at 15.40 hrs. Through bill desk gateway by using my ubi (United bank) debit card. At last no such receipt / confirmation was not generated. How should i get the confirmation. I'm worried as the last date is 17th sept 2016. I'd [protected]. Mobile [protected].     I like to take your kind attention, Mr. Bidyut Ghosh residing at 69/A Dum Dum Road, Kolkata-700030, is using his domestic cesc connection for home as well as commercial purpose. He is using his connection for Doctor's chamber & hoarding light in domestic connection, which is totally illegal.

    I being a good user of CESC, it's my duty to inform you for the mis usage.
    I hope you will be take step on urgent basis.

      Dear Sir,

      This is to inform you that we have been paying CESC bill for last two months through 'ONLINE' and through 'PayTm' gateway.
      Last month I paid the bill for the month of July, 2016 on 26/08/16 at around 6.00 a.m. and the details are as follows:

      Now at this position to avoid to be a defaulter I paid the bill amount on 1/09/2016 in ‘CASH’ as it was the last bill due date.
      These incidents is definitely demotivating a good customer to use ‘ONLINE’ as this is causing lot of harassment and unnecessary loss of time and money.
      I shall be most thankful if you kindly resolve the issue immediately and send your comments so that I get back the money of Rs 930.00.

        My consumer ID. [protected]. while paying payment against CESE august 2016 electric bill through net banking vide paytm on 10.09.2016 at 20:00 hrs, Rs.630.00 debited from my account. After deduction from my bank account, paytm shows oops ... and no payment was made to CESE and no refund was made to my account. please look into the matter at earliest.

          Today while paying bill for July, 2016 amounting Rs.3020/- through Netbanking Bill Desk Gateway, the transaction processing was cancelled by me on getting a security warning that this might be read by third party. After sometime I paid the same amount through netbanking Paytm gateway, this time the transaction processing completed and I got the payment receipt of the same.

          But, when I checked into the transactions made in my bank statement, it showed double transaction of Rs. 3020/- each to CESC.

          Please look into the matter and refund the excess amount paid for the bill.

            I have been trying many time to contract to north regional district - shyambazar about my status of new connection (applicant details - 04/08990/16) last 2 days. But they are always keep the phone (phone no.[protected] in busy mood. So i am very offended. And the department is not helpful (receiving section of new connection/ ground floor).

              I am surprised to receive today the sms stating that your representative could not read
              The meter due to inaccessability to my meter
              This is not at all acceptable.Please enquire from your representative whether he
              Approached meter room.
              The room is accessible 24 hrs. To everybody.
              The door of meter room remain unlocked specifically from 24th to 31st of every month
              For reading by your representative.
              Today i had seen that it was open in the morning.
              Worthwhile to mention here that several times in the past i have called your meter
              Reading personnel & showed him the meter room at the time when they
              Were about to leave my house.


              Inspite of informing you several times, i am not getting advanced message for meter
              Reading since last one year . I found it fishy as the meter readings show lots of
              Discrepancies during the period.It is useless to discuss with cesc because they have the
              Monopoly & can do any type of business.Time & again i have interacted with your personnel
              In the past, but, were confused at the baseless explanation.How long will we have to be
              Harassed like this?

              Please note that i will not accept bill on the basis of average meter reading because
              Cesc have got no right to decide on billing without customer's notice.

                My neighbor Sri Priyotosh Roy has taken the power supply (U /G) from the post no cited above which is just irrected in front of my entrance and causing serious problem to get in and out of my family members. Hence forth I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact mentioned above to resolve the issue by replacing the Lamp Post no. Mentioned above from the entrance of my premises at an earliest.                   I do not have ac and lot of appliances.
                  Normally my bill amount is about rs.900/- per month and payment is made electronically by internet through hdfc bank. There is standing instruction to bank.
                  To my surprise last message of bank that bill for rs. 2700/- (Meaning 300% increase) has been received. I have not stopped payment. But i have reasons to believe that there is serious mistake at your end in raising the last bill. For your information bill no.[protected] for june 2016 is for rs.410/-
                  I am a sr, person and i am unable to move from pillar to pillar to get the bill rectified. I am making payment under protest and request you to please look into it. Thanks.

                  5 days of installation . and my unit is 70.
                  The meter is showing "NOFAL " - like some text after 2 sec.My Room main mcv is off still meter is running well and so fast. No body pick up the call. and 1912 contact no is suprisingly always busy.
                  I am not gonna pay any extra amount which is not my fault at all

                    Website: CESC is not acknowledging the Payment of INR 630 for my July Bill.

                    I have paid the cesc lt bill for customer id [protected], consumer number [protected] for the month of july, 2016 amounting rs. 630 (Net) on 23rd august, 2016 via paytm Laptop app.

                    My account was debited by rs. 628 ( INR 2 was cahback; Paytm details: [protected]-PAYTM; HDFC Bank Transaction Id:[protected].

                    Have written to both PayTm and CESC. But still the issue is not resolved. Also I got stuck up in a Page which is of CESC: The image of the page is also attached.

                      A payment for Rs. 2680/ has been made on 20.8.16. The same has been debited from my bank at 18:12 hours and again the same amount i.e. Rs. 2680/- has been debited against the same bill on same day at 18:18 hrs.

                      This was probably due to some technical fault. I now request CESC to refund me Rs. 2680/ as it is an excess payment.

                              My house is vacate from last 3 months, and now all of a sudden received bill for 5300 rs... Surprising.

                                Online bill payment via paytm - bank account debited but payment receipt not generated

                                I have paid the cesc lt bill for customer id [protected], consumer number [protected] for the month of july, 2016 amounting rs. 25940 (Net) on 11th august, 2016 via paytm mobile app.

                                My account was debited by rs. 25710 (Paytm order id [protected]).

                                Paytm receipt number is [protected].

                                The cesc payment receipt was not generated and the bill is still showing as pending in the cesc website....

                                Dear sir, urgent
                                I am a senior citizen and had been paying cesc bills for last 14 yrs at the dumdum cash collection office. My customer id is - [protected]. Today at about 12.20 pm i have visited the office to tender rs 500/- against a bill which has accumulated for few months due to non - payment by my brother-in-law, who is staying out. At the counter no -5, one lady staff shoved my rs 1000/- note saying "as i have come to the counter just now, i can not take the money with so much of currency change. I got surprised, and quietly asked her, madam can you manage the change from other counters. She simply turned away from facing me. I have shifted myself to another counter and paid the amount.
                                Then, i have enquired with lady supervisor, whether she is having any complain book in her custody.In reply she said she does not have any. While talking to her about the erratic behaviour of the staff at counter no-5, she told me to follow the instructions to be followed as mentioned on the reverse of the cesc printed bill. That means" customer to accommodate by tendering exact amount of the bill". I have protested by saying every time it may not bee possible to do the same. But she was totally indifferent about the" erratic behavior "of the staff concerned. Surprisingly, after talking to the supervisor when i was leaving the counter / floor, i heard one staff manning" counter no - 6"was uttering among them -"go go let him complain ". I have come back & inquired with the person, whether his is encouraging me to complain? He sat upright in his chair and said" yes, go and lodge complain ".
                                Sir, the last incident forced me to sit immediately and sent you this long" complain mail ".
                                I am sorry to take your time. But this adamant unyeilding attitude should be dealt very firmly and to be stopped in a business organisation. Also, it is worth mentioning here that, due to late hrs and summer rain, very few customers were present on the floor.
                                The matter" chat with md " needs to be revisited once again.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This is very much unfair that your meter reading staff has misread the above two meters on July 2016. Where the consumption was as usual and proportional, he gave a false reading. I am sending the photographs of the two meters as on 15.07.2016 along with the bills for your interventions.
                                  Further as the units consumed in June will be added in next month I will have to pay at a higher rate. AND I AM NO WAY GOING TO PAY AT THAT RATE FOR THE FALSE READING ON YOUR SIDE.

                                    Kindly note i am now out station (Out of kolkata). I will be back to kolkata on 26.09.2016 night. Meter replacement can take place after 26.09.2016. Please note i have not requested cesc for meter replacement.
