Double payment of bill amounting Rs 3020/- for July, 2016

Today while paying bill for July, 2016 amounting Rs.3020/- through Netbanking Bill Desk Gateway, the transaction processing was cancelled by me on getting a security warning that this might be read by third party. After sometime I paid the same amount through netbanking Paytm gateway, this time the transaction processing completed and I got the payment receipt of the same.

Phone not received

I have been trying many time to contract to north regional district - shyambazar about my status of new connection (applicant details - 04/08990/16) last 2 days. But they are always keep the phone (phone no.[protected] in busy mood. So i am very offended. And the department is not helpful (receiving section of new connection/ ground floor).

Payment debited from bank but no receipt generated

I, bichitra nanda muni, of db - 43 a - sastri bagan, desh bandhu nagar, kolkata - 700059 have paid the electric bill for the month of 07/16 for the consumer no.- [protected] and consumer id no.- [protected] vide my state bank of india saving account - and payment debited through ref no - [protected]g0cqqmgj4, amounting to rs.560/-, but no receipt generated....

Excess charges

Money Debit from Bank and through PayTM- CESC bill not generated

I have paid the cesc lt bill for customer id [protected], consumer number [protected] for the month of july, 2016 amounting rs. 630 (Net) on 23rd august, 2016 via paytm Laptop app.

My account was debited by rs. 628 ( INR 2 was cahback; Paytm details: [protected]-PAYTM; HDFC Bank Transaction Id:[protected].

Have written to both PayTm and CESC. But still the issue is not resolved. Also I got stuck up in a Page...

Excess payment (double payment ) made for one single bill

The cesc payment receipt was not generated and the bill is still showing as pending in the cesc website....

This is very much unfair that your meter reading staff has misread the above two meters on July 2016. Where the consumption was as usual and proportional, he gave a false reading. I am sending the photographs of the two meters as on 15.07.2016 along with the bills for your interventions.

Non-attended complaints

From 8.8.16 at 7 pm i have lodged 3 dockets ([protected], [protected],[protected] complaining that sparks are coming out from meter box followed by burning smells. We do not have electricity also till then, but till now (10 a. M. Dtd. 9.08.16) no cesc person came yet. I have phoned atleast 7 - 8 times. No electricity, no water in the house. What to do??...

Online Bill Payment Problem

Paid the bill of Rs.8100 using UBI Visa Debit Card and the payment was processed successfully and routed back to the CESC site where the message displayed was
"SORRY, NETWORK ISSUE
PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME"

No receipt was generated and calling LT Helpline[protected] didn't solve the problem either, they said the payment was not yet reflected and have to wait 48 hours else...
