I tried to pay my electric bill and paid 580 INR for December bill. This time also money was deducted and payment from my SBI account was shown successful. But then browser showed some error. I again checked but found that receipt of payment is not given in cesc website. It again gives the option to pay bill instead of receipt when I entered my consumer Id. Details of transaction:

    My customer ID is [protected]. I had paid bill amount for Rs.720/- on 05/02/2016 thorugh Billdesk. The said amount has been devited from my SBI Bnk amount vide Ref No.IG08LCNBY6. But the payment is not reflected in your portal. Billdesk is not attending my talephone thanks to their callous attitude.towards customer.
    Please look into the matter immediately.

      For last 3 months I am getting very less amount of bill comparing last year.I wonder if any thing is happening as I get meter reading mails every month.I don't want any unneccesay huge amount in near future as I don't have time to visit CESC.Please intervene.

            I have submitted my application with applications no:14/27285 on dated 31/12/2015 by adj consumer no :[protected] adjust meter no:5183208 inspection done on 05/01/2016 but till date not getting any communication from the company.

            Need your Need full steps to instruct the cesc staff for immediate action to install matter in my flat immediately.

              A 11000 volt transformer has been setup by CESC - in front of the building - 15 mastarda sarani, building name "SWAPNAPURI", ITALGACHA, kolkata -700079(Picture attached), the distance from the building is 1 meter. Is it legal to setup a distribution transformer so close to the building?

              Previously one complain sent but photo not attached, please have a look into this matter.Complain sent to cesc too.

                  I have submitted my application for new consumer in my new purchased flat in a apartment adress:flat no:3a, floor-3rd, lakhmi apartment, c2-36/12/1/4 b.B.T.Road, kolkata-700141 at westsubarban district taratala office, vide reference no:14/00208/16 on dated:01/01/2016 apply load:2.50, adj consumer no:[protected], adj meter no:5183208 by form no:[protected]. As per existing supply given by the cesc to the apartment i have purchased the flat and apply for new consumer but til date the cesc has not given any information or connection in my flat, for which my family is suffering in dark in this 21st century at a metro-city.                   I have paid the outstanding electric bill against customer id no: [protected], Consumer no: [protected] for Rs. 4, 470/- (Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred Seventy) Only through net banking against my SB A/c. ending ****571 maintained with Vijaya Bank, Batanagar.

                  But regret to inform you that no any receipt against such transaction had been generated in my system from you server by default.

                  Though an amount of Rs. 4470/- has been instantly debited from my aforesaid SB A/c.

                  Your prompt action in this context shall be highly appreciated.

                        they gave the bill in website link which I was able to see in pdf format. It is ok. This information is obtained when I choose to pay for another time in Jan I got PDF for receipt.

                              Dear Sir, My name is Malay Banerjee and I am a tenant of Mrs. Arati Das a resident of Rajendra Prasad Colony Prince Anwar Shah Road Kolkata 700033. For the past few months our meter is capturing erroneous reading and each month the unit consumption is exceptionally high.For October we paid a bill of Rs 20, 000.For the month of November the bill comes around to 11380.Since we have no heavy electric appliance of our own and we use out land lady's meter we are of opinion that there has been misuse of our assigned meter, separate complaint will be lodged tomorrow only.kindly look into the matter, Consumer No [protected]
