My Consumer No is [protected] My Customer ID is [protected] Last Bill no is [protected] Security deposit kept with you is Rs:5587 Last one week during extreme temperature I have suffered a lot as whenever I startet my AC after 2PM and after 10:30pm the voltage supplied by you dropped to 175 or below and the AC stopped. The fuse in the main was cut and the neutral box was extremely hot. please take proper steps immediately to change the coils and other things from your part so that i can get proper voltage immediately.. I have two ACs in my house. Another AC runs in another meter. That meter is in the name of Debi Chakraborty Consumer No [protected] Customer Id [protected] Security Deposit Rs:7020 Please treat this matter as most urgent as I have two Senior Citizens in my house who are ill.

      It is a 2BHK flat where there are 4 tube lights ( 2 lights are in use at a time ) . There are 3 ceiling fans ( where usually 2 fans functions at a time ). I have a micro wave oven, fridge and a washing machine. Television operate usually in the evening time. Request you to kindly check my meter and wish you to please send somebody to verify.         Reference complain number [protected] dated 26th May. The car came with 4 people, inspected and went back. Received a call in the evening, promising that the job will be undertaken in the next 2 days. A couple of months ago, just after the new 3 phase meter was installed, as per their suggestion lodged a complain with the Southern Regional office. Men visited, and promised that the job will be done. In a separate mail, I will forward you the pictures taken by me. IN CASE OF ANY FIRE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. CONSUMER NUMBER [protected]

          As per receiving the bill through email (consumer no [protected], meter no 3254100) the present reading mention 13819 which was taken on 11/05/2015. But we found the actual meter reading is 13779 as on 25/05/2015 at 09:12 PM. How is it possible? Please rectify the bill and arrange to create the actual bill as we can deposit the bill within the due date.

            issue in electricity bill

Can you please check and advise as to why it is in negative.               WOW! I have faced a horrible experience with the activities of your customer care section & I really have become disgusted with the above said unit of a leading company, serving to the nation of my beloved country. So now pl. lend me your ears for the following facts 1) I had made complaints no.3152343 & 3152630 for the correction of my address as per documents supplied by me to your end but your HR/ Billing section has changed the name of the subscriber which is reflected as per the bill of 04/15( scanned copy attached) where as the name of the subscriber was correct as per the bill of 03/15( scanned copy attached).                 My Name is Sourav Banerjee. Address. Village Ramchandrapur, P.O. Sankrail, Dist Howrah, 711313. I am complaining in behalf of my Father Mr. Subir Banerjee (Consumer No. [protected]) and my Uncle Mr. Prabir Banerjee.(Consumer No. [protected]). In our location CESC is providing Electric Supply. From last few years we have seen that Voltage i our electric line is Deteriorating day by day. In a 220 Volt line we are getting on 130 to 150 Volt at evening time and in morning we are getting only Maximum 200V. Due to insufficiency and lack of voltage our home electric appliances are become problematic. I have paid a security money to CESE for Extra Load on my metre for AC. But because of low voltage we are not able to start the ac even AC stabilazer also failed because some time the voltage gone to below 130.Not a single FAN is running fine at this voltage. I have booked lots pf complaint regarding this. But still now no action is taken and after Night 12 AM the voltage was stabilized and we can got at this time 170 to 180 V power in the line. Everytime after booking of complain one call has came to me from CESC office and they told us to wait till 12 AM and it will be ok. Please look into this and help us out.                 I am really fed up with cesc service. One hand only as and display is given that cesc service is going wonderful...but in reality it's totally ###...
                I have been giving complaints regarding my low voltage problem for the last few months ..but still the problem is continuing without any action from cesc .. I stay in behala rabindranagar and I m facing it right now also ..fan is just running in 5 but it seems only running in 3 .. very low voltage...
                No proper response from cesc till now...even there is no CUSTOMER CARE in proper. Only ivrs is not the solution..they should also hear our voice. .
                Last 2 months it's horrible.
                If any HELP thru THIS WEBSITE it will be a great relief...
                Can't even run the AC..what is the use of AC of it can't be used ? Just situation is becoming worse day by day .. I have been paying the electricity bills on time. I don't even keep anything pending
                I have been always appreciated cesc but for the last few months ..no proper solution nor response. Disgusting service given by cesc .
                Will CESC compensate the damages arising out from low voltage problem of all the electric equipments ?? Need an proper response if they can't help us ..!
                This is even a red flag for all the electronic equipment manufacturers. Please chk how will we buy and use ur products if no proper electricity is given ?

                    My CESC consumer no is [protected] and I have applied for extension of electricity load and eventually after the inspection I have paid an amount of INR 32702 (application reference # 07/02788/15); after payment it is more than 15 days that I am waiting for the job to be done by CESC, but they are not doing it. I have emailed several times and personally met the people in district office but nobody is able to answer my question, why it is still pending. Even I have received unofficial offers from the technical guys asking how much I am going to pay them extra to get my job done. Please resolve the issue.

                      Dear Sir, Yesterday evening some officials came to our home and disconnected the line stating that our meter is not correct. Our flat is a small 550 sqm (approx) with 3 persons staying it that too with no AC connection and paying Rs 700-800 bill monthly. Today when we went to the department against the complaint, they are stating us that Rs 15, 000 should be paid to them apart from Bribes of Rs 5000. This kind of behaviour from CESC Ltd is completely intolerable. Regards Vikash Chitlangia

                        To The Commercial Manager C.E.S.C – North Suburban Office Dear Sir, I, Kartick Chandra Dey, resident of 6/18, T.N.Chatterjee Street, Kolkata 90, aged 72 years, hereby state that I am a customer of C.E.S.C (Consumer No. [protected] ).Currently I am in U.S.A from Sept. 2014 till date due to my daughter’s illness and didn’t knew the fact that I have to report to CESC about my travel to USA and I am really sorry about it . My flat (in the above mentioned address) is closed and all electrical connections are switched off (including the main switch) from the meter box. I came to know that though all connections are off my electric bill is still showing usage of electrical units every month. I don’t know how this is possible. But I have paid all of the bills till date through my younger brother. Few days ago my brother observed that the glow ball of the meter is off. Immediately he reported to north suburban regional CESC office and an officer there has taken a note on it. I hereby request you to arrange for the meter verification and take necessary action needed. Please do the needful at your earliest convenience. My brother Manotosh Dey will co-operate your representative in all respects. Looking forward to your kind cooperation on this matter. N.B.                           Voltage is dropping out after 10pm every night. This has been going on for a week. No resolution. Called your help desk but they robbed me off by saying engineer has been assigned for this job. But nobody has been assigned yet. The issue remains unfixed.

                                  Respected Sir, This is my earnest request that i reside at 96/14, Rabindra Sarani, p.o:Liluah, Dist:Howrah 711204.I have one meter in the name of Chandana Basu.And when i requested for the 2nd meter in the name of Arindam Basu.The electrician who came to put it in from CESC they have broken the previous meter board and placed the new one beside it and they have not covered both the meter and left it open which is very dangerous and cause a big accident any time.Previously made complaint to the CESC Limited.433/1, G.T ROAD(N), Howrah.Complaint Docket No:[protected] Dated:25/08/2014.but they have not taken any step.so going forward if any accident happens CESC will be blamed for the same. The amount is shown deducted from the HDFC bank account through which payment was done. The reference number of the payment is[protected] However, I haven't received any receipt of the same from CESC. I would request CESC to kindly send a confirmation/receipt of the payment done (via netbanking) to my mail id- [protected]@gmail.com
