My main meter runs even after when the main switch is switched off just because of this i have to pay greater amount compare to others as my meter has a problem. Therefore I would like to call a person from CESC LIMITED to change my meter as soon as possible.

    Request to change / replace of broken Meter Box.

    Ref : Consumer Id No: (i) [protected] & (ii) [protected], LP: 37 / 18 Dear Sir, It is informed that the Meter Box where the above mentioned Meter are installed is completely browken down. The door of the box is in hanging position and both the meter are lying open, which is dangerous. Therefore, it is requested to take suitable action on the above matter so that the broken meter box may be changed / replaced by new one. Thanking...

    Dear Sir, We are lease holder of ground floor and the electric meter is placed at the entrance of the landlord passage. Landlord wants us to shift the electric meter to our place. Tikia para office, connection cut saturday (today) 4.30pm. with out any information connection cut when Operation running and baby care critical oxygen patient running oxygen condition.               Respected sir/Madam, I Sourav Adhikary of P-172 block b lake town kolkata-700089, when i went for paying the bill at the lake town office between 10am- 11am on 20/02/2015, a FEMALE officer was sitting and collecting the bill from customers. When i gave my bill along with cheque, she removed the pin and threw at me then she told that spelling was wrong on the cheque and then i asked whether it is possible to correct it and sign on the cheque, but she did not reply, then i moved away from the queue and then she threw the pin again which fell on the floor and i told anybody could get hurt on their feet, She replied that it is none of my business and i don't care about the people getting hurt standing in queue i asked why and then she started using slang words just like an illiterate. Hence, it is a request to please look into the matter and take immediate necessary actions as soon as possible.

                  Shri Joydeep Bose is a tresspasser as per Hon'ble Supreme court of India judgement order 3571 of 2008 wherein Shri Bose's mother Smt. Meena Bose had life interest in the property at 5/1 A Moore Avenue, Kolkata-40. Smt Meena Bose died on 13.5.2013 after which Shri Joydeep Bose had no right in the said property.A suit for recovery of possession has been initiated against him in the Trial Court which is pending.However a electric meter had been alloted to him vide M.R. No.01/19135/14. I being the landlord have not given him any permission to take the electric meter. However CESC alloted him the meter. Now I filed an objection under docket No.[protected] and registered complain no.CC/01/00046/15 not to allot him the meter. District Engineer Mr. Sushant argued in favour of Joydeep Bose telling me to move an injunction petition against installing a meter against Shri Joydeep Bose.I immediately filed an injunction petition in the Trial Court against installing of meter as per words of the District Engineer and filed a copy of the same to the CESC authorities on 27.01.205. To my surprise inspite of filing a legal document CESC authorites came to install the meter on 14.02.2015 which I disallowed. The question here is: 1)How is CESC allotting meter to a tresspasser without the permission of the landlord? 2) How is CESC trying to install a meter inspite of the objection filed against it? 3)When Injuction hearing is pending regarding installation of meter in the premises how is CESC sending its employees to install the meter to a tresspasser? I request the CESC authorities to immediately cancel the meter in the name of Shri Joydeep Bose is a tresspasser at 5/1 A Moore Avenue, Kolkata-700040 or wait until an unless the injunction petition judgement is decreed by the trial court.

                          This is to inform you that for the month of dec, 2014 the bill reading had shown 320 units and amount payable was rs 2740/ -, i am surprise that during nov to feb period it is always less than 100 unit . Last month my bill reading was 87 units and amount was rs 640/- and corresponding period last yr for dec was 54 units and amount was rs 380/-.                             To Whom So Ever It May Concern Bill No [protected] Kindly note that for the month of December 2014 electricity bill I received is a very high amount claiming Rs 4490 as net amount payable Here I would like to know that why was CESC sitting on the same and not properly sending me the right amounts in my previous bills and now charging 5 months bill together in one single bill Also CESC cannot claim that they were unable to take properly the meter readings since every previous month I received bills Also the meter room is clearly visible at the location and any person walking on the road can even view the same Expecting a decent and logical resolve on the same at the earliest failing to which I will be compelled to seek justice in the court of law or ombudsman as applicable

                                  I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned authority that inspector (Mr. S.Bose) visited my premises 8/B/H/3, Dr. Biresh Guha Street, Kolkata - 700 017 on 02.02.2015 and without any information, he has disconnected my Meter No.4359896, Consumer No.[protected]. Though I am paying regularly since the installation.


                                  I would further like to bring to the notice of the authority that I am having two school going children and it will be very difficult for them to carry out their studies without electricity properly.

                                  Also, there will be lot of problem we have to face without electricity.

                                  Hence, request the authority to restore the connection immediately and inform me why they have disconnected my supply without any prior notice.

                                    I am writing this mail to inform that I have received Excessively high usage bill which i have received for the month Nov 316 unit in comparison with last year only 94 unit, I have cross checked it from the Meter reading MR Arun Basak he took the only 79 for the month of Nov previous reading was 10765+79 it should come up total 10844 have seen in his meter reading book, secondary we have asked what should we do he said on 9th Dec when came to take Dec reading, this will add up in system no need to pay on DEc14 billing but rather adding the 88 unit have receive the same amount of Bill 2400, in the bill previous reading nothing and unit consumed is Blank. It is observe the you are sending the bills to the consumers without taking the manual reading which your Meter reading officer are taking, miscalculation may happen once but how come twice after have checked the meter reading its ok but as per your system you are sending incorrect reading and sending Green Bill how come you all are so ignorant such service which you are providing to the customer. You have mention the Name and Contact nos in the of Manager Ms Singhdha Hazra -[protected] not picking up calls its ringing no call back or any update, i have received a sms on 27th Jan2015, Metioning any issue related service issue you can directly call [protected]/44031912/1912 to raise queries or complain worst case its not getting connected.
