But I have seen present meter reading is 8239.it is may be paralax error of your staff.pl rectify the bill and send the correct bill for payment

Have complained on helpline yet received no response
Please get in touch with the consumer at [protected] or will be forced to visit ombudsman.
Further duplicate bill generated and see bill without date of meter reading and no reading of meters or units mentioned, only arbitrary figure mentioned.
Please revert or else am forced to go to consumer court, cci for natural justice.

I like to inform you that, the electricity bill is too much high for the month of January, 2015.I would like to bring to your notice that I received your invoice no [protected] against consumer no. [protected] and customer id no. [protected] in the name of SRI SHIBU PAUL ADDRESS: 357, RAFI AHMED KIDWAI ROAD KOLKATA – 700055 for Rs. 1980.00 (Rupees one thousand nine hundred eighty only.) With due date of 06.03.15.

Please check into the matter, there may be some illegal usage from my meter and I will be highly obliged if the result of the same is intimated to me.

During September 2013 to January 2015 my average consumption were below 100 units but Bill for the month of February 2015 all of a sudden a bill showing consumption of 200 units was issued by CESC. Thereafter the usage was reduced to 160 units without showing any reason. The company does not read the meter regularly and often raise and send Electricity Bill on an hypothetical basis. I beg to appeal that my actual usage may be read again from the meter installed in my compound and the bill already raised should immediately be revised so that I may go ahead for making necessary payment to CESC.

Sorry to inform that receiving inflated bills since the installation of my meter i.e. November'2014. Visited the Howrah and Serampore commercial offices, but no action has been taken yet. Kindly arrange for the early disposal of the grievance by replacing the defective meter and adjustment of the excess amount paid thereof.

    hi, i paid my last bill outstanding amount for consumer no [protected] on 10th November which is Rs 4995.The amount got deducted from my card but confirmation was not received from CESC and not showing paid in portal. Please provide the confirmation if the amount is received at your end and if not please suggest what action i need to take from my end.

      To Deputy General Manager South Regional Office, CESC Limited Sub: Complaint against High Electricity bill Dear Sir, My consumer no. is [protected] of 17/8, NASKAR PARA ROAD, (PUTIARY), FLAT-1A, GD.F, KOLKATA 700041 registered under SUKHENDU KUMAR CHAKRABORTY would like to register a complaint against high Electricity bill for the month of OCTOBER 2014, amounting to Rs.` 2800 . Usually, my billing amount comes around . 1200 to 1600/- every month during the summer when I use the air conditioner. But it is really shocking to see the amount which has been sent to me amounting to Rs 2800. The last bill that I have paid in September is 706 as I have stopped using air conditioner from the end of August, 2014.This is for your information that I have fitted LED bulb to all corners of my house in order to reduce electricity charge. Hence, please give me an explanation for sending such a high bill amount.Please reply me urgently as I have not made any payment .         Area:- North Station Road, Agarpara, Local Cable Operator consume illegel power for their business & verious types Electronic Box. They are Connect wire with main cable which is connect through CESC electric post. Why CESC don't stop this crime. Domestic, Commercial Users pay bill for electric usages, but why they consume electric illegally. Please stop this power therft. Hope CESC stop therft as soon as possible .

          i was trying to pay bill for CESC Ltd.kOLKATA under AXIS payment gateway with my SBI DEBIT CARD. The payment went through but the payment receipt was not generated. the payment was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my bank.which was confirmed by a SMS alert on my registered mobile phone. the payment was unsuccessful and CESC asking for a re-payment. this occurred for two consecutive transactions with the same merchant under the AXIS PAYMENT GATEWAY. DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTIONS : consumer No [protected]: Amount :Rs. 1414.00 Date :08/11.2014 Time : 22:17:35 on POSUTIS2I14 at CESC LTD KOLKATA txn#[protected] consumer No :[protected] Amount :150.00 Date : 08/11/2014 Time : 22:21:52 on POSUTIS2I14 at CESC LTD. KOLKATA txn#[protected] the amount were deducted in both the cases and the money was deducted from my account with an unsuccessful transaction. please do arrange for a refund or waiver at the earliest as i need to settle the bills at the earliest. expecting a prompt and quick response.

              I am really astonished to see that the month i.e April since one of my room was not at all used due to death of my ailing father-in -laws on April23rd.'14 inspite of that my electric bills on and from the month April'14 onwards beyond my expectation instead o[censored]ser consumption being much much less.Therefore please verify this and do the needful whether anything wrong.                   My consumer no. is [protected].
                  I tried to pay my october bill amounting to Rs. 370.00 twice on 8/11/2014, because when I tried to pay once it showed unsuccessful and I didn't get any notification regarding balance deduction so I tried to pay once again and again the same problem at that I got notification for both the unsuccessful transaction as balance debited from my account. So help me in this manner as balance get debited but it was unsuccessful.

                              Dear sir, i got offer letter by cesc with ref no: 03/12207/14 where i found that the address mentioned was incorrect. Mentioned address is 45/H/6, tiljala road kol-46, where as the correct address for which the application is 42/f, tiljala rd kol-46. I went to office had complain with docket no:[protected]. Where the scan document shows right address even though they dont taking any action toward this matter saing apply it again. So please sir do somthing.

                                  For a number of months we are being billed excessively by the power supply company in our area the " Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation" Even after taking precautionary measures to ensure minimum wastage of electricity our bills have gone increasing & there is no logical explanation on why our meter unit readings are so high, even though we do not run such gadgets or appliances which when put together may consume so much power Our consumer number is [protected] & bill no. for last month(October) is [protected] Customer Id: [protected] Please see to our compliant & take necessary actions as soon as possible

                                  I have noticed that my electricity bill has increased a lot for the last few months. Unit consumed in a particular month is abnormally high compared to that in the same month of the last year(see the table below), though no new electrical gadget has been added during this period.
                                  I suspect that my meter is not working properly. Kindly arrange for checking the meter as soon as possible.

                                      I received a bill of Rs 960 which I paid using internet banking on 6th feb 2015 (receipt enclosed).
                                      I again received another bill of Rs 2210 today!!!
                                      I had to pay the bill again.

                                      Please see to my problem so that I am not harassed like this in near future. Also kindly ensure bill delivery on time which is often a problem.
                                      There is an excessive hike in my electricity bill from last to months without adding any additional electricity appliances

                                      Please take corrective measures to avoid this excessive bills and adjust the differential amount in my upcoming bills
