Hi myself Anima Das, my consumer number is:[protected]..
My Complain is that we received huge electricity Bill around 4 month, last month bill amount is: Rs 1320/- unit:209 and this month received bill amount is Rs.1110/-, unit:179
We used whole day only 1 silling fan, 14"color television for only 2 hours, refrigerator, adjust fan(only 1.5 hrs) and night time used 2 silling fan and 2 tube light and also television..
We belong to a middile class family and 1 earning person only..we face per month a lot of trouble about electricity bill.So i request you Please focus my complain as soon as possible...

Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Meter reading was taken on 28th September 2021. Meter reading taking person was very rude. At my home my old age parents only live. We have a proper meter room with gate. He came shouted on my parents saying why do keep things in front of the gate, as if CESC own the property & built everything. Also didn't receive any intimation message for the visit (normally use to receive) Also he was not wearing mask in this pandemic situation. Don’t understand how CESC allow their customer to be treated so badly, I have not seen anything like that in other electricity supplier at other state. I request to take prompt action, so that this kind of matter doesn’t happen in future.
