Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that consumer no. [protected], [protected] in the name of Satyanarayan Agarwal & Sri Srilal Pasari in premises no. 155/1A, Muktaram Babu Street is thefting power of electricity company & other consumers in the premise by fixing/ unfixing wire from direct meter box, which leads to broken meter seal resulting very low consumption shows. Their daily electric consumptions are running Air condition 10-12 hours/water motor/geyser/ lights & fans & the bill amounting is only Rs. 150 to 250 manimum. You are requested to kindly check & do the needful.

Dear Sir,
I stay at PATULI MASZID PARA, GARIA. I would like to bring in your kind notice that in S/B F8 PATULI GARIA, KOLKATA 700084, LP 143/37.
METER NO: 1536424. CONSUMER NO:[protected] meter has been installed. I have noticed that after the meter reading has been taken by your representative every month 2 persons comes to the meter and they manipulate the meter. I have checked myself and notice that all the electronic meter shows red light in Phase and CAL but 2 meters shows green light on the same place and their display also looks yellowish.
I request you to please send your representative to have a check. This people has put lock on key in the meter room so that no body can have a check to their manipulation.
Yours immediate action will be in the benefit of CESC.

    This refers to our consumer no [protected] regarding the meter reading by your staff on 1st September 2014 It is surprising to observe the rude behaviour of your concerned personnel on duty on that date due to request to wait for a little while . The meter is registered in the name of my father who could not respond due to his old age and deafness The person concerned misbehaved with shouting and refused to note the meter reading and also misbehaved with my wife who is a patient of hypertension and diabetes The meter reading as on 1st Sep 2014 was 8051.5 just after his visit This is for your record and information and I desire your comments and action over this matter Pradip Kumar Chatterjee s/o Deb Kumar Chatterjee

    Meter reading was taken on 28th September 2021. Meter reading taking person was very rude. At my home my old age parents only live. We have a proper meter room with gate. He came shouted on my parents saying why do keep things in front of the gate, as if CESC own the property & built everything. Also didn't receive any intimation message for the visit (normally use to receive) Also he was not wearing mask in this pandemic situation. Don’t understand how CESC allow their customer to be treated so badly, I have not seen anything like that in other electricity supplier at other state. I request to take prompt action, so that this kind of matter doesn’t happen in future.

        I am Haradhan Paul son of Late SRI SUDHIR KR PAUL . My Consumer No : [protected] of 69/A Baghbazar Street, Kolkata-700003. I have received the bill of the month(AUGUST) via email and it appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill.

        Also the Last three month's bill appears too huge.

        So, please do the needful check up of the electronic meter box by sending the local authority on an urgent basis.

My Consumer No :[protected].bill no: [protected] of 1/1 NAGPARA LANE, SHIBPUR, HOWRAH - 711102.I have received the bill of the month(AUGUST) via email and it appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill.

        Also the Last 5 to 6 month's bills also appears too huge.

            I would appreciate if you all look into the matter of very high electricity bill being received now over an year. Our meter has been changed with a new one recently and internal wiring in the house is not too old as well. We are living with only two rooms, bathroom and a kitchen with most of the time the electricity in one room remains off in the morning. Our Consumer number is [protected].

                  To The senior commercial executive, CESC Ltd, Kolkata Sub :Cons. no. [protected]. Excess bill for Jul 2014. Sir, 1. I am residing in hired house as quoted in electricity bill address since May 2013 and my meter no.4395318 reading in Jun 13 was 6890. and the reading in Jun 14 after one year was 7868. i.e my electricity consumption for one year aprx 1000 units at average of 90 units per month with normal house hold electronics. I have received electricity bill for the month of Jul 14 for Rs.9990/- for 1305 units consumption which is not possible at all & meter reading jumped from 7868 to 9173 all the sudden which is not understood. I could not consume 1305 units in one month where as i am consuming 1000 units only in a year. 2. Secondly during the month of Apr 14 for the meter reading Nil the bill was generated for Rs.930/- and the same was paid by me. pls reimburse the amount. 3. Pls do the needful and excess amount paid Apr 14 may be reimbursed and new bill for Jul 14 may be issued and meter may be checked & adjusted. My no.[protected]. thanking you. yours faithfully, GS Rao

                          Horrible continuous sound from cooling fan of transformer .The intensity of sound is so high that even after closing the window we are unable to stop the sound to come inside the room. So we could not sleep. The noise irritates through out day and night. Most of the resident are senior citizen, some are heart patient. So please do the needful to stop the noise. Earlier also we had made a similar complaints to CESC and the problem was rectified.Again the problems have started .Please do the needful and save our soul. Sameer Kr. My Complain is that we received huge electricity Bill around 4 month, last month bill amount is: Rs 1320/- unit:209 and this month received bill amount is Rs.1110/-, unit:179 We used whole day only 1 silling fan, 14"color television for only 2 hours, refrigerator, adjust fan(only 1.5 hrs) and night time used 2 silling fan and 2 tube light and also television.. We belong to a middile class family and 1 earning person only..we face per month a lot of trouble about electricity bill.So i request you Please focus my complain as soon as possible...

                                      our cesc consumer number is [protected], we have a single meter phase . usually we pay 1500 to 2000 max to max in one month .. as because me and my father both are doing job and we are always out in the daytime ... i just dn't how come just after we changed our meter box a tremendous change came in terms of billing ... we stay in one stroey house, stay in house for a very little time and we have got our recent bill, the month of july bill amount was terribly shocking ..it is 17760 for a single phase meter ... this is too much ...i think this is the time I should raise my voice .. please we are common people ..we work hard to earn money (all white)..we can not waste our money in this way ... please do something about it ... please do the needful to solve my problem...2031 units for a single meter phase that too who stay in house for little time is absurd ... i request you to take some actions against it or change the meter if this is possibly defective ... please do something. yours sincerely- Gargi guha neogi...
