    This is not a complain(Nothing to complain), this is to inform you that we are shifting from our residance 85, regent place for re-construction of our existing house.       we found that the electric bill for the month of june 2014 exceeded beyond our imagination. our mothly average meter reading comes between 400 to 500. however we found the meter reading at 2169 units in our bill for june'14. kindly look into this matter at earliest.

          4 months and from last 3 months i submitted complain letter at howrah office but no action has been
          taken till now the officer are not taking this complain seriously i am a middle class man if this typeof

          bill come again again then how we live our life . We are not using any AC as well but after complain i
          am gettin higher bill again again.
          So i kindly request you to solve this proplem as soon as possible.

            I have got my electricity bill for May & June without any reference of Previous / Current Units of meter reading detail for the month of May & June 2014. Moreover, total consumption of 90 units for my bill for June 2014 is unrealistic needs to be examined. My current five months average consumption is 49 Units while the same for last year is 46 units.               With ref. To above i am to state that the electric bill you sent for june'14 is totally erotic and absurd, therefore i request you to look into thne matter immediately and please check your calculations, meter reading and energy meter also and settle immediately
              For your ref. I am giving youdetails of bill paid for last 6 months below;-

              From the above table you will realise the justification of my request, one point you must look the meter reading(Current) for the month may'14 and the meter reading
              (Previous) for the month of june '14 are not shown on your bills.
              So, please enquire as early as possible and let me know the correction so that i can pay the bill before due date.

                For the last three month, excessive bill is coming at my residence inspite of complaining about the excessive amount against the limited usage of electricity of my family but nothing has been done.I live in a two bhk flat where 4 tubes, one refrigerator, one air condition and a three fan to use.The previous average bill per month was Rs.1500 but recently is coming twice of that bill whereas only my son and mother lives the entire day and rest of teh family member use it in night, A complain was made at the cesc office some time ago but nothing change and i am continue to get the inflated bill requesting to take my complain against cesc Thanks & regards Bikash Bera [protected]

                  I, Swapnali Kundu, am filing this complaint on behalf of my father Mr. Parimal Ch Kundu. We reside in Metropolitan Coop. Housing Society, Sec-B, Plot-145, Kol-039. Our electricity bill having Consumer No. [protected] and Consumer Id [protected] (Parimal Ch. Kundu) have hiked up alarmingly as compared to the previous months in spite of similar energy consumption. In the month of April the meter reading was 324 units and in May 343 units, while in June it hiked up to 609 units. Previous year in June the reading was 350 units. So, kindly verify the reason of this abnormal meter reading and if possible adjust the amount in the coming months. We will be highly obliged.

                    I have noticed that my meter has developed a glitch. The units consemed in past three months were

                    April 14 53
                    But the unit consumed in the month of may hiked upto 261 units.

                    Therefore i request you to check my meter and take necessary actions thereon.

                        I am a consumer of CESC, my consumer no. Is [protected], Type- Domestic, at the time of e-payment of electric bill for the month of September, 2013 on 25.10.2013 the billing amount of Rs.1366.00 has been deducted twice, this transaction is also appearing in my pass book. and my bank also issued me a certificate that the amount is credited to CESC twice.
                        I have submitted the application for adjust the amount against next bill to my regional office .The Sr. Commercial executive of CESC (Mr. Raj mangal singh of south regional office, Mandeville Gardens) said that they have received the amount only once, and he referred this case to Mr. Rupam Nag /Mr.A sing of head office, Victoria house, then I met Mr. A .Singh, he is telling that we have received the amount once, we can not do anything.

                        Now this is my request to take necessary action

                          Please note that Billing for last 2 months May & June 2014 is very high compared to March& April, 14
                          although consumption as far as we use is similar to earlier two months i.e. March *& April, 14.
                          You will also find similar months in last year i.e. 2013 were also less than current months.

                          I request you to please investigate the matter and let me know the reasons to enable to pay Electricity
                          Bills in time.

This is abnormally on the higher side and never before have I have received electricity bill for such a high amount. The units consumed have been reflected as 759 which is quite abnormal for a domestic connection. For your ready reference I am appending below the comparative statement (furnished by you in the current bill) of the last 6 months consumption and for the similar period last year. You will note from the same that my consumption never exceeded 300 units even in the peak months. In light of the please note that consumption of 759 units reflects process defects.                                     Rahul Sen & Mahua Sen (Sengupta), Consumer No. [protected] On 20/6/2014 I tried to pay Rs. 3286.49, Bill for June, 2014 by means of net banking through ICICI Bank. On my first attempt after payment button is clicked I encountered a Internet connection failure page. After waiting for some time when I did not receive any payment confirmation message on my mobile I attempted to make the payment again and that time the payment was successful. I contacted ICICI bank and asked them to debit the failed transaction amount to my account but they informed me that both the transactions amounting to Rs. 3286.49 were successful and the payment has gone to CESC. The reference number of the transaction given to me by ICICI bank is MICI[protected]. I am expecting that CESC should adjust the extra payment with my future bills.

                                      Hi, This is to inform you that for last 3 month my Electric bills is coming double and showing the usage unit as double however my usage is as usual and while checking the meter i found that the number is increasing very fast in comparison to others . request you to please send the CESC trained electrician to check my meter and refund the invalid charges on the bill.
