My consumer no is [protected] and customer ID [protected]. I have paid my December electric bill for Rs.920/ through Bandhan Bank VISA debit card no [protected] on 5/02/2017 and the bank has sent me SMS showing that Rs.910/ has already been debited from my account. But receipt of this payment has not been generated.Please send me a receipt of this payment.

Respected sir,
I have paid 470 as a balance for electricity bill... But my account has been deducted with 1410...
I have requested once then I have got my 470 back... But. More 470 is yet to receive
Plzzz look after this matter... I would be highly obliged
