Yesterday i was paying my electricity bill of consumer number [protected] in the name of manzoor alam the payment was failed but the amount was deducted 1090 rupees from my bank. Next i paid it again then it showed success could u plz refund the payment. I have mistakenly paid the bill twice please refund the money to my bank account if its possible

Hi,
My customer no. Is [protected] and I am facing regular problem with low voltage problem.Even same is faced by all other residents in our residential community which is situated at Nayabad minibus stand area.Fan speed is reduced to almost lowest during night and afternoon hours.Request you to look in to the same.

paid my feb 2018 bill of 440 rs online
but now i got green bill of 970 rs unit consumes 82 units

please do needful
