It's winters now and the ac hasn't been used in a long time. Yet my bill is pretty much same to the bill we receive in summers[ with ac on most of the time]. This is absolutely impossible with the current usage. There probably has been some mistake and my last 3-4 bills are probably incorrect. Request you to kindly check the meter and line of my residence asap.

Average bill monthly cums RS 350 approx always ..this October month bill is rs 2240...plz chk the meter ...flat remain unused ..no ac ...electricity consumption is v low ...plz look into this matter as early as possible as have to pay the bill also
