Sir,
I am having an electric meter bearing consumer number [protected]. I want to inform you that my electricity connection has been disconnected since 8th Aug 2018 due to my house was accidently diminished as it was a very old house and local police informed CESC to disconnect the power supply. The power supply was disconnected by CSCE itself, hence there is no power supply in my house.
Note- So why am I getting regular calls from the CSCE call center regarding the payment of monthly bills when there is no consumption of electricity against this consumer number?
It is a harassment to receive multiple calls from the CESE call center. Please take necessary steps as early as possible.
