Dear sir,
I, debyuti bhadra (Cesc customer id: [protected], consumer no. [protected]), address - 31/1, manujendra dutta road, kolkata 700028, would like to raise complain for my new faulty meter. It is behaving abnormal/faulty after replacement on april by cesc. This month we have received bill ([protected]) rs.2670 for meter unit 333. Which is totally impossible for our current utilization. I have attached screenshot of last one year consumption, so you can get idea about this issue.
I am requesting you to change the faulty meter as soon as possible and revert the bill amount.
