Dear Sir,
I am domestic consumer of electricity under the CESC Ltd customer id [protected] I regret to observe that the electric bill for the month of April 2021 (Rs.1740.00) seems too high in relation to other bills of the previous months . My six months consumption is as follows :
November[protected] units
December[protected] units
January[protected] units
February[protected] units
March[protected] units
April[protected] units
The amounts charged in the bill of April 21 (Rs.One thousand seven hundred forty only) is heavier than what I actually pay every month, while the consumption is usual.
However, I am paying off the bill. I would, request you to be so good as to kindly make an enquiry into the matter and to adjust the excess amount in the next bill, if found excess due to meter-reading discrepancy. I would also like to request you look into the matter by rechecking/recalibration of my electric meter.
I hope you will sympathetically deal with my case and do the needful.
