Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — contact number consumer no.[protected]

I want my contact number to get updated. My cust id is [protected] and contact number is [protected]. I tried updating on the cesc site, but could not find out anyway

I am unable to trace when people from cesc come and check my meter. I would want my number to be updated immediately. It is an ease if one can check all requisite information on phone.

I would really appreciate if an action is taken on this immediately
