Dear sir even after paying the bill on time still we are suffering from power failures on daily basis. I live in 21/1/1c mominpur road kolkata 700023 and i am really very upset with your service. Sir this is a high time that you resolve this issue as even your toll free number is not working. We are paying you our hard earned money for the electric service which you are failing to provide.
