Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Customer Id- [protected]: Excess Bill generation since last year

Since last one year we have not been residing in our Kolkata home in Mangalik Housing society ltd. The house has been locked up since then with zero consumption of electricity. But every time very high amount of electricity bills are getting generated. This is wrong and we feel cheated.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
