Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Electric bill came to high in comparison to electronics we use

We use 2 fans generally and 1 tubelight(rare). We use CFL most of the time. 1 refrigerator, 1 induction, no AC, no microwave, no washing machine - still our bill came 1600 in the month of August 2021. This is too much. I think there is some problem with the meter or electric is being theft. Please resolve this issue as early as possible.
