[Resolved] Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Electric supply blockage

Today around 11:30 to 12:30pm the electric supply went off. At first we didn't get the cause of all this but later on we went to CESC howrah branch, we went there for clarification, but instead we were told that there was "OVERDUE" of around ₹3000 we showed the our payments of the previous months and they replied the payment was not recorded. Well even if the the payment is not recorded then we should be getting a notice about this and an warning to pay off our dues but instead they just simply cut off the electric supply without warning us beforehand and another thing is this happened when all the payments were made on their respective time...later on we got our electric supply back and they messaged us " DEAR CUSTOMER SORRY FOR THE INTERRUPTED SERVICES AND WE APOLOGISE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE"...This is simply called PUBLIC HARASSMENT !!!
