Respected sir / madam,
This is to complaint to your firm that my electricity bill for the month of november 2019 is showing excess unit consumed and excess bill amount.
Last month my unit consumption was 98 and the amount rs.580/-, however, this month the unit consumption has been printed 217 and the amount is rs.1510/-. I suspect there has been some misuse with my meter.
Therefore, requesting you to please look into the matter and reply promptly.
