Consumer no - [protected] Name - ratna mondal biswas March'17 billing amount - 3220 Total unit - 383 I am a lower middle class person, there have 3 bed room, tube, cfl, 5 no. Of fan, freez, micro-wave which is only use at night for 5 to 7 mins in a day, there have a washing machine which is use only every sunday for 20 mins. Me and my wife both are working persons. Whole day our house fully vacant except sunday. But my march'17 bill is 3220. Which is beyond our limit / consumption. Kindly look forward our previous bill and make correction the latest bill. I have confidently told you there have something went to wrong with my current bill. I beg you to accept my request and make correction my billing process very carefully as soon as possible.
