The customer account manager Cesc limited, kolkata Consumer type : domestic Customer id : [protected] ; consumer no.: [protected] Dear sir, Please note that there was an error in the monthly electricity bill for september-2018. You have shown unit consumed as 490 units in september-2018. Where as i have checked (On 9/10/2018 at 8 pm) in the meter box that i have consumed only 261 units[protected] as on 9/10/2018 at 8.00pm. I have taken photograph of the said meter for verification purpose. Besides my monthly average unit consumption is 240 units. My unit consumption in june-18 : 325 unit, in july-18 : 206 unit and in aug-18 : 190 unit which comes an average of 240 units. You may kindly look in to the matter and resolve immediately.
