I do hereby want to inform that I had been paid double due to not generated transection slip(1st) by online payment on 18/02/2021 through Debit card against Bill No.[protected]/12207 dt. 06/02/2021 for the month of December, 2020 for Rs.260/-
1) Tran ID No.S33602 at 13:28:17 transn.slip not generated -
2) Tran ID No.S51566 at 13:33:28 transn, slip No.VUR[protected]-

So, I, therefore request you kindly see the above and the balance amount Rs.260/-has to be refunded/adjusted.
