[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Frequent power outage in my locality

My CESC consumer number is: [protected] and there is frequent power outage (almost every alternate day) for the past few months in our area (Chuni Colony, Sinthee, Kolkata 700050).

Being a corporate professional working from home has almost become impossible due to such horrendous and callous services provided by an electric supply company.

Meanwhile, electricity supply in our neighboring adjacent areas have not been hampered as per reports which implies that there is either a fault in the transmission lines or transformers which is being shoved under the rug by applying temporary hacky fixes or there is deliberate disconnection of power supply by local miscreants.

Kindly take a look into this issue since ordinary people's livelihood depends on a basic amenity like electricity.
