Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — high bill amount of my home as well as office address

The bill amount of my home and office address is too high in june month, which is rs 6300 and rs 2500 respectively. Though my monthly billing amount remain max rs 1500. Please see why so high changing of bill.
