Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — high billing

This is to inform you that my last bill is abnormally high. We have two rooms with normal consumption of two lights at night, one refrigerator, one mixergrinder (Optional usage), two fans, and television. I think my meter reading should be around rs. 800-1000/- but my last months bill amounted around rs.4650. So i would kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible for which i shall be ever grateful to you.
