I have been charged an extra electric bill for the month of May 2021 in accordance with the amount of electricity consumed. My customer id is [protected]. Please check and confirm it as I think that there has been some mistake from your side. I do not use a refrigerator or television or an air conditioner. No other machines have been used from my side which might generate a huge amount of electric bill. The only electrical items used at my place is tube light and fan, which cannot generate such a huge amount of electric bill. Please check and try to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am confident and looking forward to a positive reply at your end.
