Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — high electricity bill of power theft | |
Dear Sir, This is with regard to electricity theft and high electricity bills by CESC ltd and inability to register a complaint through phone. I am a working professional and reside at 121 GT road south Howrah, fazir bazar, 4th floor Howrah- 711101 and my consumer number is [protected]. My bill of this month (April) is very high i.e. Rs. 1090 even though i am not there since 15th March 2020 .The whole month no one was there however for the month of March I used electricity for half of the month for which I paid Rs. 220 that is fair enough. I wanted to register this complaint but on the phone but it's not working and I am out of city since last one and half month. I need someone to address this issue as I am not getting even a way to lodge a complaint with this company.
