My consumer I’d is [protected]. I got a higher value electricity bill of Rs.1840 for the month of June 2021in comparison to previous six months electricity bills. I didn’t pay the amount. Again for the month of July 2021 I got higher value electricity bill of Rs 877. In this month bill CESC have decreased the security deposit amount to Rs 499 from Rs 3600.
I request you to check and verify my meter reading and kindly refund the security deposit amount.
