Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — huge electricity bill

Dear sir, I am out of station for last 3 months and i have last paid the bill in the month of july 2017. But surprisingly i have received a huge bill around rs.3000/- for the month of september 2017. I am out of station for last 3 months and i do not know how you have raised the bill. Please correct the bill and send me revised bill immediately else i have to complain to the higher authority and consumer forum for the same.
