To whom it may concern
Respected sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that yesterday i had received a message stating about the inspection to be done today for new connection. I was there at my place for four hours from 9:00-1:00 p. M. But no one had come to do the inspection. Being a working person it will be very difficult for me to just wait and waste time there. Kindly see to the matter. I would be grateful to you.

Only Our family was facing the fault issue. Called them repeatedly but they didnt receive. Lodged around 3 complaints no solutions or services has been received.

Also they said that some work is going on for that the fault, however only we faced the issue and noone else.

Not yet resolved
Voltage is fluctuating too much after 9 P.M., A.C. T.V., Fridge are not working properly. We are very much suffering, please take necessary action.
